Experienced a little bit of a plateau when i started adding creatine, But i know that it works by increasing the water in your muscles, so it didnt mess with my head too much, After 3 days my weight finally dropped back down to 208.

The good thing is I know if i stop taking it and the water goes down i weigh even less :) But i Like how my muscles look a little bigger :)

Rest day yesterday... needed it. but now here i find myself done sleeping after 5 hours and bright eyed and bushy tailed at 4:00 in the MORNING!! heh...

Well off to the gym maybe i'll be ready for a little nap before work today

postponed my strength training for today, so today was my day off, but i still did an hour in the hyperbolic chamber.

Dollar vodkas last night... i had 3 12 ounce cranberry vodkas, and then, and then to top off the night had a double western burger combo meal from carls jr... wasted a cheat meal... rats

weights been fluctuating a lot and randomly it jumps from 211 to 205 today... the scale is a weird beast.

in other news today was my 2nd day with a training prtner, hes a long time friend who decidied to jump in. hes 194 lookin to get to 165... It was nice Punishing him with my work outs... he hung like a champ tho... slightly lower poundages and levels on the cardio equipment but he did good, all 150 mins today :)

I'm training him on the working out, hes gonna show me some boxing and jiu jitsu fair trade i'd say

My own personal recollection, and methods on my journey, in no way am i claiming to offer professional advice...

Thanks to everyone for supporting me with positive comments, staying the fuk out of my way, and even thanks to the fuckers that were negative and talked shit...

My quick facts since March 5th 2007
-100.14 pounds lost
-2.14 pounds lost per week
-412 HOURS of training
-246496 calories burned during training

(unofficially im way past 100 by a good 26 at least... but didnt start keeping accurate track since march)

-The averge weigth for a 7th grader is 100 lbs...
-In order to lose 1 pound you must create a negative calorie balance of 3500 kcals
-in order to lose 2 pounds a week you must create a negative calorie balance of 7000kcals a week, 1000kcal a day
-In any venture to reduce bodyweight you will undoubtedly lose muscle as well
-Muscle burns more calories you do not want to lose a lot of it!
-To limit muscle loss you must also train for strength
-You cannot gain muscle at a 1000kcal defecit a day.

Dedication - You must be fully engulfed in your goal... Committed fully, you will face daily challenges that most people will buckle. Hanging out with friends who are not on the same page becomes a daily hazard. You must not have fear of losing those connections.

Determination - Your success is multiplied by your determination, your ability to positvely affirm yourself in the face of critisicim, temptation, and overall pain and suffering. Your mind has the power to convince your body it can do no more, when it can do much, much more. It can also just as easily do the reverse... just find the key

Discipline - Everything that goes into your body, How you choose to spend excess time, will undoubtedly contribute to your success, eliminating bad habits is the frist step, and replacing them with good ones. I as accurately as possible control and monitor what food goes in and what activity level comes out.

good work out music is absolutely essential...
one of my favs...

Facing what consumes you By: HateBreed

Facing what consumes you is the only way to be free.
Released from those poisonous fears.
Resurrected once and for all.
You want me to hold my tongue
Then why the fuck am I here?
You want me to bottle my rage
Cause you never had the heart to say what I say.
My life, my body, my pride.
You have no opinion, no right.
I've built myself nothing like you.
My refusal is my way of life.
Doubt me, Hate me
You're the inspiration I need
My life, my body, my pride
You have no say
My life, my body, my pride
You don't have say
Facing what consumes you is the only way to be free.
Though I'm still far from perfection.
I stay relevant, I'm still vigilante.
I have so much more to say.
I have so much more to fight for.
I've used your lack of inspiration.
As my awakening, its my ability to live forever
By my own command.
To be vehement, remain confident.
Doubt me, Hate me
You're the inspiration I need
You're all the inspiration I need.
Your doubt, it fuels me.
Your hate, it drives me.
The challenge ignites me.
You make me fight harder.

You've done so great, you always have. I hope that I can find the courage and strength to do what you did. :)

Hey man, been a while since I popped in here.

Looks and sounds like you're doing great! 100 lbs lost.... that is quite the accomplishment.

just got back from a 7 day cruise in the carribean... it was awesome. In 7 days i gained 11 pounds, and i lost it in 4 days :)

I still enjoyed myself, keeping in mind what i've learned I substituted high protein when ever possible, frozen yogurt instead of ice cream, ate pizza, but had two salads during the time. worked out on the ship for 3 of the 7 days, and took the stairs everywhere, and my main hobby is wandering around anyway so it was easy to rack up the non excercise calorie expenditure. plus dancing on the ships nightclub everynight helped too :)

coming back was immediately back to business resuming my workout routine.
