RJ's Diary

Congratulations, RJ, on almost 25 pounds lost. It makes a big difference. I am at 17 pounds gone and it has made a big difference. You keep going big boy.
You are so going to do this and never look back.

When I make 180 I will have to get a new ticker. Watch mine on May 1!

"a controlled burn," says the fireman. "We'll just make sure that it doesn't spread past from your heart. But its a good thing to let it burn up so you can start fresh. plant new seeds."

well today my relationship of 4 years has finally gone up in flames. No putting it out, it had become overgrown, lots of dead foilage, perfect for a burn. kids have been playing with matches in the area it was only a matter of time before it lit up.

i stand and watch... feeling complacent. It was time... there was too much overgrowth. it is time to start fresh.

I'm sorry to hear about your relationship ending. Four years is a long time to put into one and then have it end. Even if it's time it still hurts. I hope you're doing ok :) It is good to start fresh though, and with your eating and exercise that you're doing you're starting fresh in every aspect. I'm sure you'll do wonderful with reaching your weight loss and fitness goals and then who knows where that will take you ;)

Hey RJ, sorry about your relationship ending, but sometimes it's for the best.

Outgrowing your bowflex - that's pretty good progress.

Rest day

Woke up nice nd early... on my rest day... great. I still havent learned to fully enjoy the rest day. i always continue to have the urge to work towards my goal. I understand that a rest day is part of the process, and in essence is a form of working out on its own, but still its a tough one.

just wanted to stop by to say hi and to congratulate! gosh, you're in the 280s...awesome!

Rest days. I'm with you. it's hard to not work out!

RJ I'm so amazed with your commitment! I kinda feel bad when I don't workout on my rest day (sometimes) lol. I sure do enjoy them though. It just shows how committed you really are to your goal and that's great :)
