I'm so glad that this week my weight loss was decent! WOO! I had one mishap (the pizza) but I did cardio everyday on my bike for an hour! I think I really need cardio and I'll add strength to it (instead of having it the other way around). I LOVE my bike!

I love doing cleanses several times a year. Feels so good to do a quick detox. Which one are you doing? Anything specific or just natural foods?
