Hey there!

Don't worry too much about not getting up to exercise...your body must have needed sleep more. That 30 day shred in itself is a great workout anyhow! You sound like you have got a lot of things on your plate at the moment...try not to stress too much!
 
I'll try not to, but all the info I need to learn is quite daunting, let me tell you. And then trying to fit in exercise on top of that, AH! LOL... but I can do it, I have to do it :p
 
Cerella, holy crap... exercising at 2 am!! That's nuts! And dedicated at the same time! I applaud ya for that. Why so late though? Is it cause of work?

Ya Im at work, lol.I work nights.So i figured I would tre to use some of that time wisely and if I can manage to keep it up, it gives me a one up on the exercise i can get way more in.

I remeber when you were looking into going back to school and checking it out and joined and such but cant remeber what you are going back for...

Hehe yeah I remember. I was thinking about going back into nursing (rn) but that's not what I'm doing. I'm just doing a nursing unit assistent (or unit clerk as they used to be called). Basically the person on each ward of the hospital that processes dr's orders and maintains a pt's chart, along with answering the phone, etc etc. Like a receptionist just a bit more stuff to do and very specific schooling required. lol.

Well, I won't be back on tonight because I have school tonight. So I DID get up at 5 am and went to the gym. I did 30 mins on the elliptical on hills level 6and 30 mins running at 4.5. I call it runnning cause that's running at my speed level! lol. One day it shall be faster. Right now I want to do 30 mins at 4.5 comfortably before increasing the speed. Because right now I still have to fight with myself to do the full 30 mins without walk breaks. The only reason I did today is because a guy got on a treadmill beside me and I was like damn now I can't embarrass myself and take a walk break. Next think I know he's taking walk breaks, I was like woo! Now I have to show him a fat girl can run! Meanwhile he's probably not even noticing I'm there or what I'm doing. But hell, whatever will keep me going right?

I planned out my cals for today and it will be just under 1500. As long as it goes according to plan, and it shall!

So, until tomorrow!
 
Well, I've been really busy the past couple of days. I was studying friday, then went out to dinner for some sushi, miso and gomae YUM! Then had friends over for a movie. Sat I had school and went wedding dress shopping.
Meanwhile I've stuck to my calories and kept up my exercise! WOO!

Tomorrow I plan on trying a regular yoga class at the gym, if it's free. I'm pretty sure it is. So after that I have to study and then my fiance and I will go out for coffee with some friends (I'll only have a latte with skim milk) or something decent like that.

So hopefully I have weight loss by the end of the week because I'm trying hard, but I won't count on it, cause things don't always go according to plan!

You are doing awesome with the exercise and food!! If it isn't showing up yet in weight loss, it will...Don't even give it a second thought...

OMG SUSHI AND MISO! SOO YUMMM. I hate when I'm eating miso though and the seaweed/ leaves land on my teeth and stick. haha.

Good luck shopping for that perfect dress! What a workout! :)

Thanks everyone!

So today I went to my first regular yoga class in my gym. (I went to yoga twice last year and it was the heated yoga). The class was an hour and a half and it was pretty good. I felt really silly at first but then I relaxed and didn't care. I do want to be able to have more flexibility and balance so I think I'll do this every sunday.

My food is a little low today but I haven't eaten supper yet. Don't know what I'm having either.

I still need to plan for the coming week, but most of my time has been used to study. So I need to make time for that!
 
Great work getting to the Yoga class, it won't be long before you see some improvement in your flexibility :)
 
Thanks Trusylver! I was actually really scared to go to yoga because I don't like not being able to do things well. However, it was a beginner's class and everyone was near the same level, so that's good. I'll definitely go next sunday. It really did help me with my school stress, at least for a short time, lol.

So right now I'm looking at wedding dresses and I'm so confused on which one to get! It's the hardest choice to make, ever! I just don't want to make the wrong one. I want to get one that I look so awesome in. I'm scared I'll pick one but that there's a better one out there for me, AHH!

On to weight loss topics, I did my 30 day shred this morning, I'll do some cardio when I get home from work, and then I'll have to study for my exams that are tomorrow and thurs! So that's my plan for today so far, lol.
 
Well, I didn't do cardio when I got home. Went to look at computer desks with my fiance. Then ate. The sat at my comp and looked for wedding dresses.

I'm just so tired. I hard the worst/most stressful day at work today. I'm stressed cause of my exams this week, I can't even make myself study right now I'm just too tired. I definitely need to study tomorrow cause I have an exam at 6 tom evening. But tomorrow is the easy one. Thurs is the one I'm worried about. So I'll have to kick up the studying for that one for sure.

As for my wedding dress, I have no idea what to get. It's so hard and I'm running out of time. They say to order it 5 months in advance so I only have a couple months left before I have to order. AH!

I just want this week to be over with.
 
Awesome Christina:D!I have no help on the wedding dress issue:(I helped my friend wiht her's and she had a hard time finding what she wanted:)I say yah to me, I dont htink I will ever get married, therefor no wedding dress hassel:)!
 
Well, I haven't beem around the past couple days cause this was my crazy exam week that I had bee stressing about! I did well I think so YAY! And now I don't have to worry about that anymore. Because of all the studying though, I didn't do my exercising, but a break won't kill me either. I have been keeping my eating on track though, so that's good.

I'm worried about the whole dress thing, I hope I find the one I want. Most likely it'll be the one I'm looking at now. I just need to find time to try on more dresses because with school and work I've only had the random few hours here and there if school ended early some days. I'm going to have to ask for a few random week days off cause the only day I have available is sunday and nothing is bloody open sunday! It's ridiculous.
 
Congrats on coming out of exam week alive! :) I think you're going to be fine finding that dress. It's just stressful because you haven't found one yet - but i think when you see one that you justttt fallll in love with, you're just going to know! :) good luckk hun! :) have a great weekend
 
Hey, congrats getting through exam week, you are doing so well to keep your eating on track during times of high stress...I know that is the hardest times for me. Good luck with the wedding dress, and on taking those random days off!
 
OOOO. Exams are a killer. Just the stress leading up to the test really, because the test itself is not as bad as we usually think it is. Good luck finding a Dress!
