Hey Lovelylily, I got it for a christmas present, but I know I saw it at HMV here (if you don't have an HMV it's just a store that sells lots of dvd's and cd's. You should have a store like that there and maybe if they don't have it, it might just not be in stock so they may be able to order it.) Another option is Amazon.com (or .ca) I always buy DVD's on there and it's great, you'd definintely be able to get it there along with any of the biggest loser ones as well. I definitely want to get the biggest loser power sculpt.
So last night I couldn't sleep. I looked at the clock every hour. I just felt nervous. Nervous about 2 exams next week I haven't studied for, nervous about fitting in my exercise and realizing that the best time would to go in the morning at 5:30 am ><, nervous that I wouldn't plan my eating properly, nervous about the challenge and trying to keep track of everything. So last night I was thinking of how to set up tables and what layouts for food and exercise that would make it the easiest so that it would take up little time and then I was thinking about when I was going to plan my food for next week, esp with exams coming and I figured the best would be on my breaks at work... lol.
So yeah I didn't sleep much and was completely awake from 3:30 on. So I got up at 5 am to get to the gym for 5:30, I did a half hour run (well to others it may be a jog, lol) at 4.5 on the treadmill but I didn't have to stop once. However, it was a complete mental game with myself to make me keep going the full 30 mins without 1 min walk breaks. I would tell myself ok I've done 10 mins, at 15 mins maybe I'll take a walk break. Then 15 mins would come and I'd say to myself ok I can make it to 20 before I take a walk break. Then I'd get to 20 and think ok, it's just 10 more mins, I can do 10 more mins without a break. So then the last 10 mins I'm counting down by every minute, lol. But hey, I totally did it and I haven't ran in probably a month and a half at least. So I'm proud of myself.
I have to drive my sis to work today so I'm fitting in my 30 day shred after work.
My food for today is:
Breakfast: Smoothie made with mixed berried and 1 c nonfat soy milk. Also, a piece whole grain bread.
Snack: Mandarin and half a red pepper.
Lunch: 1.5 c miso soup with 1 tbsp tofu and dash of green onions. Plus 4 oz of steamed salmon. Plus 3 pieces of light rye WASA cripsbread.
Snack: Mandarin and half a red pepper.
Supper: Pita with a curried chicken salad and veggies (made with low fat mayo).
Dessert: Normally I wouldn't have dessert but because I had some calories to spare, I ate the chocolate tree my grandma gave me for christmas (160 cals) OUCH! At least it wasn't over my calories though, so I thought what better time
