A long time...
It's been so long since I've been on. Life has just been nuts. Lots of things have been going on. My boyfriend started his own business which I had to help him out with it until just recently. So besides my own job I was working with him too. Also, his dad had a heart attack and had to get a tripple bypass. Not to mention a whole bunch of other things. So needless to say, I haven't been on
I will write more but not everyday like I used to. Hehe, but that's ok! Every couple days or so should be fine
On other news, my work has decided to do our own biggest loser, which I blew completely the first oh, 3-4 weeks. I went down, then up, then down and then up again. So it really sucks. So I took a good look at myself and what I was doing. Basically what I was doing was eating the amount of calories I needed to eat if I was working out 5 days a week and I was working out...well.. none. SO, that opened my eyes and I've exercised everyday this week! WOO! I went on my treadmill monday for half an hour (was sick so I didn't do more). On Tues I went on the treadmill for an hour. On Weds I went on a half hour walk at work plus I did 20 mins of DDR prior to work and about 40 mins of DDR before bed last night. Today I've already done 30 mins of DDR and plan on going to my cardio kickboxing tonight
I've also started using fitday to keep track of my calories again and it's been really helpful.
I'm really motivated again, thank goodness! I was in a HUGE slump for the longest time and couldn't get out of it, and somehow I managed to get out of it

I feel so much better now that I've remade the choice to put it a lot of effort to reaching my goals.
I'll have to catch up with everyone later. I just came on quickly before I had to get ready for work.
Sorry that I've been away, everything has just been nuts lately and just started settling down
