Right now is tomorrow, Monday, the 1st, and the ah-hah moment

I swear I post, but I come back, and it's not here. It's quite annoying, I feel like I can't trust Apple!!

At the Jingle Bell Dash,
Breakfast: 3/4 bagel with cream cheese, coffee
Lunch: 2 cup pork chow mein, 1 cup+ peking rib, 1 cup green bean chicken
Dinner: 6oz spicy pork, 1/2 kale and quinoa, 2 eggs fried, 1 cup slow churned french vanilla,
 
Today, I had a really tough morning food-wise. I lost control of my urges.

Woke up at 210.6 =/

Breakfast: 1 sausage biscuit, 1 sausage burrito, 1 hash brown, 1 12oz odwalla juice, 1000cal
Breakfast #2: 2 slices of wheat toast, strawberry jam, black coffee
High Tea: 4 smoked salmon and cream cheese tea sandwich, 1 scone with jam and creme, 1 serving of fruit
Dinner: 1/3 aghan bread with all of the dressing (cheese, sweet jalapeno, cilantro pesto)
Post workout: 1 cheese jalapeno tamale, 1/2 medium grapefruit

Went to the gym! inclined walk for 15 minutes before seeing a friend and standing and talking!
 
Hmm, weird day where I didn't eat too much. Busy day in the office and then went to Peets to study for a few hours to avoid traffic, too bad by 7pm, traffic was still a mess. It has never taken me 75 minutes to get home! Gah!

Breakfast- 1 small banana, 2/3 apple, 150cal
Lunch - chow mein noodles, chicken thigh and veggies in "clear" sauce (chinese restaurant that serves NO MSG and nothing really crazy fried), 500cal
Snack - 12oz odwalla juice, 160cal
Dinner - 3 scoops of marble cake, 1 cheese tamale, 2oz steak, stir fried onions and red peppers, 500cal
Calories: 1300
 
So,

Breakfast - 1 medium banana, 1/2 apple, 150cal
Lunch - 12oz odwalla, 1.5 bagel thin and cream cheese, 400cal
Dinner - super nachos, 1/2 tamale, 1000cal
Calories: 1550

Even though I ate nachos last night, just 8 hours later at 430am, I lost .4 pounds to stand at 208.2!

But today I messed up again. I really need to stop messing up =(

Breakfast: 1 clementine
2nd Breakfast, 1 bagel thin with cream cheese, 1 clementine, 250cal
Lunch: chow mein with seafood and veggies, 800cal
Dinner: 2 scoops of mac n cheese, 2 chicken strips, 2 tongful of green beans, 700cal
Dinner #2: medium peets chai latte with nonfat milk, 6" Subway BMT with cheese and sciracha and mayo sauce on wheat, lemonade with water, 1/2 bag of cheetos, 750cal
Calories: 2500

Great news is I poo'd twice today, so hypothetically, if i didn't f up for dinner, i probably would've lost weight. Stupid traffic, boredom, stress, and no self-control.
 
So I woke up and thought I'd started my period, false alarm definitely.

I didn't weigh myself this morning because a bunch of unexpected events occurred. Because of the storm, my school closed, so then my final was canceled! The one I was going to wake up for and study this morning! Wow!

Breakfast: 1 afghan bolani with dipping sauces, 1 chicken drumstick, bowl of cereal, 800cal
Snack: 12oz odwalla juice, 150cal

Bad news: I've gained weight
Good news: I'm back at it, but not here, reading tons of stuff on Reddit.

I wouldn't be the surprise of the lack of popularity (measured by # of posts and threads) is due to Reddit! Man, that site is awesome..
