5 lbs lost!!!!
Oh my goodness!!! I couldn't wait to tell you guys that when I weighed this morning I was down 5 lbs. Wow that detox day was hard, but worth it. I am pretty sure alot of it was water but I didn't care because just seeing the scale finally move was AWESOME! I am continuing today and so far I have had 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup peaches, 2 fat free yogurt w/ cherries. For lunch and dinner I am going to have 1 cup rice with 2 cups green peppers and 1 cup tomatoes. This ROCKS!! Hopefully the success will continue.
