**Rice Diet** Support With Fast Weightloss Results!!!!

I have yet another question about this diet if someone could help me please. I'm really considering doing this diet starting tomorrow so I'll need to go to the grocery store in a little bit. But before I decide to do it first I wanted to know what happens after you meet your goal weight? How can you keep the weigh off and all? It seems like you would gain it all back right away.
 
Alrighty then you all have great questions and not all of them have answers. but for the most part if you follow the diet the way it was originaly posted and just the foods you are alowed to eat i know you will see results. i did lose 28 pounds the first 3 weeks on it but better yet i lost 14.5 inches over all and THAT you can see. S for the gaining it back thing well i went off it and gained back 6 pounds so yes you have to change your lifestyle and stick with it you have to tone down what you put into your body and be more active to compesate for the foods you put in!!! I know it all sounds so dreary. But i talked to a lady who lost 136 pounds in 6 months and she has kept it off for 2 years now with a moddified type of this diet. so it can be done !!!!!!!! And to the person who wanted to know how long to lose the 3.5 pounds that was in less than 2 days and 4.5 in 3 days now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya'll doing so good sticking to it. I did the detox this morning only. I had my cup of oatmeal and 1 apple. But then I messed up asd always and had a sandwich with chips. So as soon as we get to go shopping for food I have to promise myself and my husband we will get what we need only. Cuase I am convinced and so is my hubby. So the begging of next month we'll do it. :D
 
sounds good jelly by then i should have lost 20 or more pounds hehehe

I Know That Everyone Wants A Quick Fix! Tha Is Me 100%! I Have Tryed Every Diet Or Pill Out There Believe Me! The Thing Is Nothing Is Over Night We All Know That! But I Am Not Saying This Diet Is Easy Cause The First Few Days You Have To Adjust But The Payoff Is Amazing! I Cant Wait To Get Up And Weigh Cause I Know There Will Be Results And (no Gain)! Later It May Not Move Daily But I Know It Wont Go Up Either And That Is What Matters! Also I Am Getting So Much Energy More And More Everyday! And I Am Sleeping Better Than I Have In Years Actually! This Is A Great Health Change And As For Eating Out I Needed To Give It Up Anyways! I Know With All I Have In Me I Can Get This Weight Off With This Diet!
And I Know Like Anything Else It Will Have Its Hard Days But I Also Know No Matter What Diet Or Plan You Will Always Have A Struggle So I Would Rather Struggle With Fast Results Than With Bad Or None!!!
 
Breakfast
1 Cup Skim Milk (dairy)
1 Cup Puffed Rice Cereal (starch)
1 Cup Blackberries (1 Fruit)
 
Detoxed today

Hi there guys, I started detox this morning and I am feeling good. I had 1 cup oatmeal and 1 banana for breakfast. I am about to have the same for lunch. I think that I will have the same for supper also. I picked up the copy of First magazine and I am going to stick with this. I need structure and this 'diet' lifestyle tells you EXACTLY what to do so you can't go wrong. I am glad that others area doing this with me and can't wait to post my results in a day or 2. ok i would like to start off by saying my start weight was 335 4 days ago and now im at 329 back to where i stopped doing the diet in the first place that is 6 pounds in just 4 days!!!!!!!!! Also I want you to check out a blog this is the lady that was in the isue of womens world with the rice diet and she has lost over 300 pounds and kept it off for over 2 years she tells of her journy and how she lost almost 100 pounds the first 4 months. it is at http://confessionsofacarbqueen.blogspot.com I just read all of this last night and WOW how inspiring. I also found a few recipies this one sounds yummy

PIZZA
1 tortila
tomatoe paste
italian herbs
crushed red pepper
sundried tomatoes
vegies of choice
toast tortila spread with tomato paste sprinkle with herbs add vegies (if protien day add 1\4 cup shredded mozza) put in oven till warmed through.

this is a full meal and only about 200 calories.

for the person who wanted to know the calories in this diet well it varys but as a general i have figured out that on a normal day you will consume between 200 and 400 calories per meal depending on your foods you choose. so thats roughly 1200 on the high end and 900 on the low end but i dont think any one eats that little you will have to get a calorie counter book and look the foods up thats all i did just to many to enter. lol

My question is can you drink alcohol on this diet or is it forbidden and how much water do you have to drink exactly also do you exercise still on it?
 
you cant have alcohol and drink all water and i excercise but havent in past 2 days and still losing!
 
a little word of advice on the alcohol it stops you metabolism and messes up any diet your on!
