**Rice Diet** Support With Fast Weightloss Results!!!!

i was gonna check on that phase one and two but havent had time! this is working for me though I even came up with a lettuce and tomato sandwich hehehe for my dinner! i am working on ideas for great menus lol i drank 93.8 oz of water! i cant wait to weigh in again in the morn! i have so much energy and had no headache at all today! i feel great!

hmm. interesting diet.

but i noticed it's extremely high in sugar content from the starches and the fruits. i warn those who have diabetes or any insulin resistance issues to stay away from this diet to be safe.
 
yea, this diet isnt' for everyone. I've told my hubby not to do it b/c its way too few cals for him.

Anyways, can't wait to hear your results Tina.

Is there no snacking at all w/ this diet?
 
ok i meesed up yesterday but still lost a pound and no i dont usually snack or feel hungry! i am down 5.2 pounds already!

You have inspired me. I started this morning. For breakfast I had two cups of strawberries and a cup of oatmeal. For lunch it was two whole wheat breads and two cups of bananas. Still thinking about dinner. I was a little hungry between breakfast and lunch. I usually am the first couple of days.

I'm so glad this is working. Congratulations, Redneckwoman. It so great that you still lost weight even though you slipped up. Keep up the good work.

Sorry everyone I HAD TO STOP THIS DIET CAUSE OF LIFESTYLE REASONS WAS HARD TO HAVE THE FOOD WHEN I ATE OUT AND STUFF AND MAKE SURE ON THE SODIUM! IT DOES WORK BUT YOU HAVE TO COMMIT AND DO ALOT OF PREPARING AND FIGURING OUT YOUR FOOD IF YOU WONT BE HOME! GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU DOING IT YOU CAN GET GREAT RESULTS ! I AM BACK TO THE 1200 CAL AND EXCERCISE DIET!

Hey Tina glad to se you are doing well and got lots of people interested in the rice way of life LOL !!!! I have gained 5 pounds so im back at 330 and will be back on the diet ( way of life) tomarrow!!! and no more wavering i have to make that a promise to myself. Anyone wanting to try this out and not thinking it works just do a search on the "rice diet clinic" and you will find all the info you want and more storys to convince you..;) :D I know:eek: i have not stayed the track but i am going to get back on the train. So starts the journy again good luck to you all hope you have a great trip to skinny:) :p . I will gather some recipies and post them here and there are a few on my diary feel free to look there well see you all soon.

Gosh, I wish I was in a position to do this diet. I'd love to get these last few pounds off as soon as possible, but I don't think my lifestyle could do it. Plus I have a husband to feed, and I know he wouldn't eat the food with me. So I'd have to fix at least 2 lunches and dinners a day. I don't think it's worth it that much, but I am jealous of those of you who are on it and losing that weight!
 
You know im sorry that you wont be able to do the diet tina you know that you can do this when you are at home and then the 1200 cal when you go out and you will still loose weight just not the huge amounts. ny friend that started did that and she went from losing 10 pounds a week to 4.5 pounds so she is happy and still losing!!!! she eats prety much what she wants when she goes out twice a week and does the rice diet when she is at home but its up to the person i guess.:) And for Motsy i also have a hubby and 3 kids that dont need to lose weight so i work around it make up enought rice for the week and then go from there the fruit and veggis are easy just cut and clean them when you get them home from the store..... If you find that you are hungrey durring the day then you can save your fruit or a portion of vegies for snacks during the day too and that helps alot to get you over the hump.

:p :D I would like to let you know that i have lost 2.5 pounds in 1 day since I started again yesterday so i know it works and i hope you will try at least when you see the results you know why !!!

my weight loss has leveled off so I am starting this Tuesday morning (I need to go to the grocery store in the morning, otherwise I would start then)

I WENT TO WAL MART TODAY AND BOUGHT A PEDOMETER AND USUALLY AT THE CHECK OUT I BUY THE WOMANS WORLD (I MISSED THE ONE WITH THE RICE DIET) BUT ANYWAYS THE FIRST MAGAZINE HAS THE RICE DIET IN IT AND THE INFO FOR THE JUNE 5TH EDITION! I BOUGHT IT AND I READ IT AND I BELIEVE IA M GIVING IT A TRY BEDAUSE IT SAYS YOU NEED TO BE ON IT 10 DAYS AND YOU WILL FEEL AWSOME SO I WILL RESTART AND IF YOU DO IT RIGHT IT SAYS YOU CAN LOSE 8 POUNDS A WAEEK TILL YOU GET TO YOUR GOAL!! IT IS BETTER ABOUT LETTING YOU HAVE MORE INFO (KARRIE) I WILL TRY TO POST IT IN HERE TOMORROW! IT HAS A PHASE 1 FOR A WEEK AND THEN GOES TO PHASE 2 IT IS EXPLAINED BETTER AND YOU CAN SHED UP TO 8 POUNDS EVERY WEEK SO I WILL GET THE INFO IN HERE TOMORROW AND I THINK I WILL DO THIS IT IS EATING HEALTHY AND IT IS WORTH IT I JUST WONT BE EATING OUT AND I THINK THAT WILL BE A LARGE CHANGE FOR ME AND A CHALLENGE! I realized that I had the correct stuff for the start up day at home, so I started this morning. Will update y'all in a few days with my weight loss!!!!

My only concern is that I hope I don't feel like I am ravenous the first few days. We shall see!!!

LUNCH

2 cups peaches (2 starch)
2/3 cup brown rice (2 fruit)

Thanks so much, Redneckwoman, for posting your menu for the day. Please keep it up. I'm seriously considering starting this diet myself so I want all the help I can get - and LOTS of ideas!!!!
 
I decided to really commit myself to this diet. I'll start tommorrow :D

Do you REALLY think I can loose 8 pds in one week??
