Detox Day

2 whole grain toast
1 c melon

1 c melon

so far...20 oz water

how many calories does this come out to per day roughly for you all?? sounds like great progress, just curious to know more about the plan!

What is puffed rice cereal? Is it what the cereal is called or what? I've been kind of confused about that one.
 
Also, would it be OK if you started a day on the diet before doing the detox day, but did the detox day the following day. I really want to start the diet today, but I forgot about it. I think, though, that from what I ate this morning I can do the diet starting on the 2nd day.

Well, what is puffed rice cereal? I ate corn pops this morning, but I don't know if that counts as a puffed rice cereal. haha. Does anyone know???? Otherwise, I'll be starting tomorrow!

ok it is in a bag when i get it has puffed rice and puffed wheat it says noi sodium and only 60 to 70 cals let me try to find a pic
 
you can also use other cereal here is a place you can go and look at pics of samples you can use

Thanks so much, redneckwoman! I guess I'll have to wait to start the diet since I had corn pops this morning. I wanted to start the diet, but I forgot by the time I had already eaten.

Also, if and when I start the diet can I expect to gain weight from the 1st day or lose already??
 
oh you will lose the first 24 hours for sure i lost 2.8
 
i will tell ya a great diary to to read and that is secretlysize7's she is the one thta got this started originally she had awsome results the first week
 
honestly i bet you hit your goal in a week if you do it to the t!!!!
 
That would be so great!!! I would love to be finished with this dieting and be able to start working on maintaining it. I'm going to the beach in July, and I want to start figuring out the best way to maintain it now so I don't go overboard being at the beach!!
