**Rice Diet** Support With Fast Weightloss Results!!!!

I chewed a piece of SF gum earlier.....

I have stuck to the diet today....eating 2 pieces of whole wheat bread and a banana for breakfast and lunch.... am about to eat dinner.

I am hungry, but not ravenous. I have been drinking lots of water today to try and curb my appetite. I once read that thirst is frequently mistaken for hunger.

to all who find themselves hungry think about saving one serving of your fruit or veggie for a snack during the day this I found out when I went on the site for the clinic in the states and lots of other ideas like recipies the one i like the best is the Mexican salad im having it for supper tonight.

Hi guys, I'm really interested in this rice diet phenomenon...could someone give me a few examples, i know you've posted menus but im still not sure what starches and such are. I thought fruit was a starch...:confused:

fatt am not sure but i dont think you can do nuts but if you look you can replace the protien with 2 dairy and 1 fruit! i know it says once you hit your goal total loss then you can have nuts and stuff! i guess you could substitute to suite you the results just wont be as much as sticking to it exactly!
