I am posting because well I have a few questions and I was hoping that you guys could help me out. I am currently doing this home work out that is cardio and free weights.
Love handles... what is your best option to get rid of them quicker? I have gone down in the waist.. maybe i am just inpatient lol who knows.. anyway, thoughts? opinions?
Triceps... mine still wiggle lol what are your opinions for the best work out for them... lol
Calves... now I had surgery for bi-lateral compartment syndrome and well.. they are bigger then they used to be.. is there a way to make them smaller? lol
Those are my big areas that need help.. lol like any other woman, butt is next in line and thighs... but anyway...
