Got back on the scales today; I was going to leave it until the end of the month but I just got the urge today lol. I'm down to 286.7lbs now

Cant wait to hit 282lbs as I'll no longer be in the morbidly obese zone on the BMI charts - it's a mini target haha!

Jen; I love going for a good jaunt. Sometimes I go for a yomp too

Just dropped in to say I hopped on the scales a few minutes ago: 278.9lbs I know I've lost that last bit too quick (almost 7lbs in 9 days) but I'm putting that down to work's step challenge (which my team is storming away with) that is going on at the moment. Anyway, this latest weigh-in means for the first time in forever my BMI has dropped below 40, I'm no longer morbidly obese, just regular obese lmao! So pleased to be under 20 stone, probably for the first time in 20 years!

Anyway, I'm buzzing! And (wait for it) I'm out on a first date tonight with a lovely lady I think I'm going to get on really well with. Today is a really good day so far

Have set myself a target of 224lbs. I've no timescale for this but I want to be half way from where I am now by some point in the summer
