Relly/Cerella HERE I GO AGAIN...another LB (and hopefully many more) BITE THE DUST!!!

Mornin' finally got a minute to at least drop in for a few drive bys today.

Cerella, I think the idea of going out for coffee is a good one, especially if you go into it with the attitude that you want to get out for a nice time and some adult conversation/friendship before anything else.

BTW, I really like what I'm reading above :iagree: with so many of the staements written here.

So we didnt meet today just wasnt in the cards, my parents came over for the day and he had friends he was meetign up with in the afternoon tha the hadnt seen in yrs, i told him not to worry and to enjoy his friends...

He sent me another email this evenning...it was very sweet.He said he was sorry we didnt get to meet up today but guesses it wasnt meant to be this time cuz we were both busy but that he hopes we can meet up soon. He said he has a positive feelign about me/us,lol,and he is excited to meet me...

What is cool with him is that he suggested he meet up adn do the grouse grind together, lol...the grouse grind is an uphill mountain stair case...grouse is a mountain here and the grind is hiking trails of stairs that goes up mountain...LOL

I think it is cool he suggested it but I reccommended we meet for coffee first or a local walk, LOL...





I love that he is active:)it would be a nice experience to have an active relationship my ex never did nothing it really bugged me...Im usually a get up and go person...LOL
 
Ive been pretty focused on my diet...food has been pretty good, i have been indulging a bit which ok but i gotta nip it in the butt!

Just a lil recap...

Friday O did good but had a large orange julious felt i need somethign and then i had a medium frosty...430 cals later:ack2:but it was yummy, the lil one and i got a frosty and ate it as we bathed the car in the car wash, lol...

Saturday I was pretty good, had a chicken /brie burger with the bun and a side salad and for dinner i had like 3 cups of salada and 2 small chicken breasts...cpl handfuls of miss vickies salt and malt vinager (you should have heard me belchin out those carbs man, LOL)

Sunday

A few not so smart choices (paid for them too) a small icecream sandwich, a can of diet sprite (yes it was pop but i got diet with no sugar or caffine) 1/2 a potate with dinner and 1.5 homemade sweet bisquets for desert with strawberries...

Im just touching on my bad moments

Monday i was good all day but caved at dinner and had 3 pieces of pep pizza and then 4 pieces of crazy bread and the last two pieces before coming to work...but it was good and i enjoyed it and im not beating myself up...

Clean slate tomorrow...

Still havent gotten my shit fully together on the exercise...working on it...Big part of the problem is my messy place it is so disorganized and messy from beign away for so long coming home dropping everyhtign and going right back to work, it was a long exhausting week restarting my nights after 2 weeks off

sounds delish eiether way!!! hehe. everyone needs a snack now and then dont get too obsessed with that.... as you go along your body will end u p only craving GOOD things most days..... but you will occasionally just need a large frosty or a big piece of cheesecake... and thats ok too hehe.


damn girl! Why couldnt you live closer to me??? we'd be doing that dang stair climb till the cows come home together hehehe:hurray::cheers2:

No not cinnamon buns, just a regular biscuit but made with sugar and granny but orange juice in them damn delicious!!!

I wish we lived close to eachother too, id love to play yennis with you and work out with you!!!

Ive never actualyl done the grind yet, lol...it is supposta be one hella work out

some shrimp with butter/parm cheese/garlic

Nice clean eating day minus cookies...

My accountability is to post menus so im gonna start...

Will post weight with current measurements later on and a reveiw of my goals and what im accomplishing lol...

Oh i also did p90x yesturday and started this morning with my walk...2.5 (I think it is 2.5) miles in 32 mins...

I was hoping to be down to 235 and i was confident I would be but i had a few little slip ups along the way...this is the first time i have ever lost weight based off diet alone, so Im gonna keep up with this and see how it continues to go...

PLUS

No pop or slushies or junk food (only a cpl handfuls of chips) In over a week...like 10 days...I was on a slippery path for awhile there...

IM PROUD OF MYSELF

I had a few things Ive been wanting to work on and I have been but not consistantly...my goal is to become constant with these things...

MY LIST:

Walking in the morning when I can
Meditation before bed
P90X
Tennis when we can , a few nights a week at least(havent played in at least a month)
Yoga...This one has been hard but I wanna get it in there...
Work on my abs 3 times a week(My waist is getting smaller and smaller my upper and lower bellies bulging out, YUCK)
Try to get on the exercise bike a cpl times a week/in the evenings from 10 - 11 while watching tv
Continue to eat as natural as possible...Little or no un needed carbs, lots of veg protein and fruit.

PERSONAL GOALS

Work on keeping a cleaner house
Being more active with the kids/yard work/jump on trampoline more
Start studying again for my Class 4 license
Getting Taneesha's birth certificate app mailed off
Complete and send off some forms im working on
Look into education plan for the girls

hey you! I like your goals you posted in the purple up there!!! keeping my house cleaner was suppose to be one of my goals too....uhhhh ya. Hasnt happened. eventually though... once i get my life semi figured out... working and running around and gym and now school is going to be hectic.... but i need to get this place in shape... looks like a bunch of pigs live here most days! strange thing is i actually really enjoy to clean... thats odd i know... its just getting motivation to do it. Anyways, its good to have goals! Glad you posted them.

Also... i saw your food for today.... 2 cups of coffee for dinner?!?!?!? woman you need to get yourself some chicken or something!!!!

i had pretty much dessert for dinner though... so i guess i cant really pick on your dinner :)

Coffee wasnt dinner goose!I was just logging what i had had today in general...Im 3 hrs behind you silly:D

Inspiration, ha ha ha, I think not but thans:):hug2:I just thought it was time to completely clean up and see if that made a difference.I never realized how much damage i was doing with how i was eating, i wasnt eating badly but i guess all the breads adn carbs really add up.

It's good to see you finally remembering to sleep :D

I have a few slip ups to report but they are minor and i guess with how i am now eating i am seeing that a little bit here and there doesnt cause alot of damage it is adding the slip ups to already eating too much of the wrong foods.

I was starving on Thursday night before work so I ate 2 pieces of the cheese little ceasars pizza in the fridge with some garlic dip.

Friday morning I had 2 pieces of frozen pizza for breaskfast and another piece later on for lunch, lol. On the ferry i had a large white spot french fries with ketchup. Damn they were so good no regrets there eating those!LOL

I also had two slushies this week and one can of mug rootbeer oh and two glasses of sprite lol.

Friday food

3 pieces of frozen pep and cheese pizza
glass of milk

raspberries

larger french fries from white spot with ketchup

2 bowls of steak soup with a few servings of crackers (so damn good) soup had carrots and green beans in it.

small fountain pop (it was so damn good:(LOL)
lots of coffee

water not much...


I came to the island yesturday so i was super bagged and just needed caffine - normally i would have done worse damage with pop non stop and so on to try to stay alert.

Im at mom and dads for the weekend to spend father's day with my dad. I have the hardest time watching what i eat here.So im gonna try my best to stay on plan...but I know I will be far from perfect.Am not gonna set myself up for disappointment but with try to eat cleaner than i normally do here.
