well its that time again

i have a company trip this sunday.. but i am in no way worried about the plane ride!!!

im happy!! cant wait to see my department members now being 65lbs down this time.. last time they saw me i was 300

good plan actually - gives you much more realistic info - the scale doesn't always give you the true story... your waist however.. :) very cool :D
 
so i started my new training...

and i must ask is their NO ONE ELSE!!!! lol

spartan training has begun.. i've never had such an intense workout in my life!!! im going to be doing this starting off at 3 times a week working up to 6 times a week.. I have a wedding in october for a cousin that i just want to be shredded for :D
