iv had to dig out old clothes to have stuff fit

down to a 42 waist, and a xl shirt- 2xl sometimes (depends on brands)

looks like im gunna need new shit in november! and a 38 waist is very promising for dec!!

You are doing amazing no doubt 38 inch by christmas, it will be cool going back home you will get alot of OMG look how awsome you look :)

iv been getting the omg's lately and i still got like 50 lbs to go, i must of looked like a whale to these ppl :doh:


but my neck has reached its limit of loss theirs just some loose skin that will tighten up over time. chest has shrunk 8 inches, waist in measurement was 51 inches when i started and now its 42 inches

my calves are still HUGE, but thats my build theirs maybe a couple ounces of fat around them but when flexed my calf measures 20.2 inches and rests at 16.3 inches

i will post up a detailed graph of my measurements and loss so far!

im keeping the number a secret for a lil bit. hehehe

nothing like making ppl want more. :jump:

well today is the 5 month mark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

scales doing beuno! i will quote myself in my first post and discuss how my life is now!
 
id like to start off by stating where i am now is my fault, i know that. and the road to getting my life and body in order is my job. im currently 21, 6'3 and weight about 360lbs and fit in a size 48 pants and xxxl shirt i can fit in xxl but their not long enough. size 14 shoe and very wide shoulders.

congrats on starting the change and STICKING WITH IT! 5 months of pure devotion, the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. i really cant believe i was 386 lbs when i started. That really scared me. But look at you now. ppl calling me skinny, and fitting in 40 inch shorts and XL shirts NOW and not DEC like you thought. YOU HARD WORKING MUTHAFUKA!

Iv been sick of my body for a while but never had the initiative to really do anything but make excuses. well no more. if i keep making excuses i will die. im young and have a good career and a hell of a life ahead of me.

2 weeks ago was the day i weighted the most EVER in my life, and before that everyday was the day i weighted the most because it would keep going up. no more. I have a gym GET UR LAZY a$$ up and use IT. so i did


385, i kinda disgusted myself with that, and im glad every day now is a lil lighter then the last!!! and I AM NO LONGER LAZY!!!!!!!!! DO WORK!


i started off with 30 mins of cardio and abuot 25 mins of lifting. i cut high fructose corn syrup out. GOODBYE u DIRTY DIRTY DEVIL


still no HFCS!! woot 5 months strong! and gym time is well over 2.5 hours!


iv been drinking water and fruit2o like crazy and portioning when i would have just ate until i said well thats enough i think im full.


im eating a ton now of THE BEST STUFF you could possibly put in your body and only drinking plain ol water, no more fruit2o


week 1 went well, with yogurt and turkey sandwiches for lunch and semi normal meals for dinner but portioned. and now my diet has become very strict and i went to the gym 3 times in week one and 3 times in week 2 with now 50 mins of cardio working my heart at 65-75% i know if i go to hard it will be very bad for my heart as big as i am.


6 days a week now big boy!


i have a scale, but it only goes to 350, so i cant get a really good read out yet, but once i see 349 im going to be happy and know what im doing is working.

this week my cardio will be 1 hour long and i will go 4 times. i have a vacation planned with the family to disney so i know i will be walking alot, i gotta be good to myself and not eat like a pig.

my goal is to be 225-230 pounds. and wear a size 38 pant and fit in XL shirts. and mainly get back the ability to fit into racing seats, amusement park rides and airplane seats comfrotably. i have a flight in sept and that will be the first big milemarker for me.. i want to FIT and not be the fat guy that takes up 2 seats. the last time i went last sept the seatbelt wouldnt fit.. i was so pissed at my self.

ur almost there!! withing 55lbs of that!!! your almost a 38 now and u fit in XL's shit im wearing one AS I TYPE!!!. Sept came and went and i fit SO PERFECTLY IN THOSE SEATS on that plane!!!!

well its lunch time now...

Regardless of your opinions of me, I'll still give ya a congrats for the 100 lbs. That's quite the accomplishment.

Anyway I still think you can reach your goal by Christmas despite the scale setback you talked about telling you your real weight. I mean your losing like what 20lbs a month right?

Thats 240lb by Christmas I think er unless you're going for an even lower goal now.
 
id like to be 240 by xmas we'll see

december is going to be a hard month, im moving then and losing my trainer.. all though he's instilled in me all the core values and routines needed to succeed. but i know it will be hard
 
i guess that last week i had a bunch of extra water in me,

279 now!!!

but.. i cranked up my cardio back to a full hour of running.
 
well the past 2 weeks were heavy lifting as my trainer was teaching me things i will need to know before i leave training with him

but back to insane cardio!

hoping to be 259 by thanksgiving and in the low 240s by christmas
 
pace yourself - it's much easier to keep off if it comes off in smaller increments... keep doing what you're doing and you will get towhere you want to be -- it's not a race...
