Regaining my life - Jeremy's Diary

thanks cannon, their much better

sheryl, thanks for stoppin by..
training has made me much happier now a days, i feel way different, and i cant wait to train soon

i need to do this, im actually stopping going to see my family until im done. i know they support me, but theirs to many temptations when im out of my environment. plus i need them to see the difference in time and notice my change of life. my parents are both overweight and my dad is severally overweight for his height. and he's had a hip replacement surgery and a heart attack. im affraid of loosing him, thats actually the first time i've said it, i've thought it but man.... im really scared for him, and i hope if they see i made this change and fixed my life and im not the FAT jeremy anymore, i hope it motivates them to do some changes... frick that honesty there has me tearing up now.... :(

but im glad i can say it, that makes it that much more real

HI Jeremy--just reading your journal. I can totally relate to your parents. Mine are the same. My dad hasn't had a heart attack, but I worry. My mom is diabetic and VERY overweight. She has all kinds of health problems b/c of it. And I live with them and all the temptation everyday. But I've gotten to the point that when I see my dad with a massive bowl of ice cream, I am not at all tempted. I don't want to be that way. I jsut shrug my shoulders and move on. You are doing the same. Good for you!

bikini... thanks for the kind words! and im glad to see someone in a similar boat that understands my thoughts on that.

cerella! hey there, i have 9 days of gym right in front of me

EEEEEEEKKK

Hi Jeremy,

I just read through your whole journal and you are doing amazingly. You are soo determined and making amazing progress. I saw your pic your a really good looking guy:)

I am avoiding going home to see my family in New York because there's tons of crap around and tons of stress. Its also sad to see my mom deteriorate (she has a ton o fmedical problems not from weight). However, my father is extremely overweight and smokes 2 packs and day and laughs whenever I mention exercise to him. I totally understand trying to stay away from that situation.

Keep up the amazing work you've been doing.

I feel the same way... I have no other choice. I feel that this is a turning point in my life and I'm either going to take control now or just lose complete control.

Hey yo,

You remind me a lot of me....

It sounds like you are in exactly the same spot I am in. It is time to do something about it, and we share that determination bug.

I wish that the amazing people that I meet / read about on here lived closer...I would LOVE to work out with you buddy...

Anyway, I am just stopping in, and will talk to you later...Keep up the ass-kicking!
