100 lbs till goal 3
goal 2 is by sept 4th i want to be 320 or less
and then by febuary 240 then by may 210 and hopefully have a normal weight of 205ish and i will train for some MMA (ufc style fighting) then with a buddy so i can maintain and gain some serious skills to whoop some ass!

ok legs r doing better, met with my trainer today and did chest and triceps. and 30 mins of cardio
my body fat percentage dropped a whole point in a week from 34.8 to 33.6!
and lost 4 inches on my body from all around between legs, arms, neck, chest , waist
WOOT good week!
