Thinking about cooking something for breakfast and I'm all out of parmesan. I guess there's always cheddar.....how gauche........
 
Woke up starving at 4am. I guess the last couple of days cought up with me. I'll prob use every bit of my calories today. It's 1 pm and i have about 600 left for dinner..I'm going to have to be creative.... Salad is prob a safe bet.
 
Working on final paper...take notes....sleep...repeat..uggg.
This class has been more about marketing and supply chains..If management needs me to figure out these things for them; they are in trouble....
Can we please get back to Technology Stuff????
 
Maybe it´s not about you needing to figure that stuff out but about you understanding why management does stuff that might not make the most sense from a tech point of view, which could greatly improve the working climate in a firm. Or about some of your classmates some day wanting to join management.

It's over now so i don't really need to worry about it. I start programing concepts tomorrow...Java I think..
 
Today was ok just mentally busy and I'm spent...
I picked up a double thick 2lb bone in ham steak a when I went shopping. I'll be whittling away at it for days im sure.

Food...
Breakfast- oatmeal, almond milk, coffee. (571 calories)
[60g rough cut oats, 20g golden raisins, 1.3 oz peanut butter, 8g clover honey, 1 cup almond milk, 1oz sugar free Italian creamer in the coffee]

Lunch- Ham and eggs. (919 calories)
[4 scrambled eggs with onion, jalapeno, diced tomato, 1oz cheddar cheese, 1 L.C.whole wheat English muffin w butter, 9oz grilled ham steak]

Dinner- Snack plate.(483 calories)
[Grilled 3oz piece of ham steak, 4 slices roast beef with .5oz melted cheddar, 2oz cheddar chees curds]

Calorie limit>2149
Today>1973
Total> -176

I'll work on some veggies tomorrow....probably...

[chocolate protein powder, almond milk, banana, peanut butter, smidge of cocoa powder]

Lunch- salad, cottage cheese and peaches. (431 calories)

Dinner- grilled turkey breast, grilled knockwurst, 2 fried eggs.(1042 calories)

Sorry to hear you had a bad day but today is a new day! I don't think it's reasonable to aim for no fuck ups. The key is how we respond to them -- how we BOUNCE BACK!
 
Just going through a bad bout of depression....like hospital time bad. Holding off for now. Food today was a steak bento box. Not sure if I’ll have anything else. Not really hungry and it’s midnight.
 
My doctor came by this morning. She's a relative so she makes the occasional house call. She suggested an indoor herb garden. Keep me busy stuff i guess. Might go out and check on some plants in the next few days. Not sure which ones to look for so well see.
 
Glad your doctor is keeping an eye on you. I´d start with stuff like basil, parsley, tarragon, chives, thyme, rosemary, oregano or sage; stuff that doesn´t grow humongous and tastes great in many dishes. Probably no more than 3-5 to start with for ease of care.

Yea 3-4 is what im thinking. Prob cut a 5 gallon water bottle and use it for a base. Maybe pick up a grow light; the window in the kitchen doesnt get much
Dont think I've ever tried tarragon..
 
Dunno about your area but over here buying grow lights gets you put on the list of probable weed growers :)
