The cheese are around 80 cals each and subway list the 3 oz of chicken is 90 cals. It seems really low but thats what they say anyhow.I can see the glaze on your salmon being sugary, but are you sure abou your dinner calories? At a guess I'd put a six inch roll alone at over 200 and the individual cheese thingies you get here are around 60 kcal a piece. Then add the chicken with all the stuff added for it to be called buffalo chicken... Am I being stupid or just pushy?
