Today was meh.......

Breakfast- tuna salad. (585 calories)

Lunch- parmesan cheese crisps, cranberry grape juice. (543 calories)

Dinner- oatmeal with some peanut butter. (175 calories)

Cals= 1303
Total -1574
 
Breakfast- bacon, eggs, red pepper quinoa. (690 calories)

Lunch- baked catfish with onion and red bell pepper, mixed veggies with butter. (605 calories)

Dinner- oatmeal with peanut butter. (500 calories)

BMR= 2877
Cals= 1795
Total -1082
 
Last couple days have looked pretty good. Could have eaten a little more yesterday, but it's ok once in a while.
 
Im feeling good today; The first time in weeks. I think I'll actually do some cooking. Breakfast was 12ounces of egg whites and two whole eggs. Mental note next time i make that i need to b really hungry. Wow that was a huge pile of eggs lol.
Lunch baked catfish and a huge plate full of kale cooked down in bacon yummies. Ahh bacon fat would make a cars bumper taste good.
Dinner thinking a low carbish exploded eggplant parm. Cube up some egg plant and bake it off. Add some home made marinara bake some more. Add a ridiculous amout of fresh parm and bake some more.

Well thats the plan anyhow

Lunch- baked catfish with salsa verde, kale. (521 calories)

Dinner- meatloaf, mac and cheese, baked beans. (977 calories)

Cals= 1958
Total -919
 
I've made that kind of eggplant parm before. It's in the same category as chicken and dumplings for me: only on special occasions.
 
Calories were a little low today. Sleep took over.
Breakfast- peanut butter oatmeal, glass of almond milk. (310 calories)

Lunch- .brats, kale. (992 calories)

Dinner- multigrain flat bread. (100calories)

BMR= 2877
Cals= 1402
Total -1475
 
Meatloaf is nice as well. I won´t talk about the lentil version here (although I like that, too). Happy to see that low calories are no longer as horrifyingly low as they were.
 
Breakfast- skipped because lunch was going to be stoopid high in calories. (0 calories)

Lunch- fried seafood platter with a loaded baked potato. (1865 calories)

Dinner- protein shake (190 calories)

BMR= 2877
Cals= 2055
Total -822
 
Ooo that IS high! For lunch, that is. Not for the entire day. Hope it was delicious. Were you celebrating?
 
Some marriages/divorces are like that. A lady at my gym threw a party when hers was finalized. I've met her husband and can completely understand why someone would celebrate no longer being married to him.

Yeah, sometimes the relief is better than anything that came before. Brrr, sauerkraut!
