Rebel's Diary

:D Stench and stomach cramps... Not for me! But I guess that´s just the histamine thing. My granny used to make a barrel full every autumn/winter.

Well, if you´re counting your calories right (which I assume you are) the problem can´t be that you´re eating too much. Seriously. You had a couple higher calorie days (including some stuff that´ll make you retain water) but on average you´re still lower than a grown male of average weight should be eating to lose a pound a week. Go lower and you WILL screw yourself over long-term. So... either you´re due a water drop or you may need to add some more movement. Great big hugs and fingers crossed for the next two weeks.

:iagree: with LaMa. Dropping your calories would lower your metabolism even more. Rebel, are you eligible for any sort of physiotherapy? I am thinking even light weights for a start, but I am not qualified. More movement sounds like the go. Have you cleaned out your pool? Swimming is excellent xo

Swimming, walking/jogging in the water, sitting on a pool noodle doing exercises with your arms/legs while working your core muscles at the same time... loads of possibilities!

I got the new pump for the pool but yup its still in the box. Waiting on a lawn company tomorrow. They are going to cut the grass and nuke the yard because of fire ants; really bad this year. Sooo getting there.

The weight loss thing..... Adding more carbs wasnt a good thing so backing back down on them. Going back to trying to stay below 40 net carbs per day. Well that doesn't count oatmeal and quinoa days. Soooo we'll c.
