So I'm in the process of having the old ranch house rehabbed. So been running out there just to look at the work. Im trying to keep it as original as possible and the construction company keeps trying to redesign it.
 
Construction companies... If you aren´t there around the clock they will do exactly what they want (which will be something more cost-effective for them) and nothing else.
 
Food...

Breakfast- Chick-fil-a spicy deluxe on wheat bun. (602 calories)
Fried spicy chicken, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo.

Lunch- Basic Protein shake. (300 calories)
2 servings of protein powder, 2 cups of almond milk.

Dinner- didnt get around to it.

No, I'll never sell it. It's going to be for vacations or to live in one day.
I'm trying to get an internship and most of those are in Arizona so it'll more than likely be the someday option.
 
I didn't think you would sell. I hadn't heard the word rehabbed before & had to look that one up. How far is the ranch from where you live now, Rebel?

A rehab is just a facelift for the home. It was built in 1863 so im removing the old copper and lead pipes and replacing it with pvc. Replacing the wiring to modern wiring. New sheetrock on internal walls, a new roof and some paint when all done. new hot water heater, new sinks, and the bathtub is one of those old cast iron clawfoot tubs and they are going to reglaze that and make it look new again; or at least newish.
It's about 4 hours away.
 
How exciting! I love seeing old homes restored. Good for you, Rebel. 4 hours is nothing.
Yea the drive is pretty nice.
Yea thats why ill was upset when they were talking about tearing down walls and changing the structure. After talking to the bosses boss; I got it all straighted out.
 
Didn't get around to dinner tonight. Slept in again.......way in..

Breakfast- Protein shake.(820 calories)
[Out of almond milk so 1 cup of 2% milk mixed with 1 cup of water, 2 servings of protein powder, 2.2oz peanut butter, 3.4 oz banana.]

Lunch- shrimp stir fry over brown rice single. (704 calories)
[Shrimp, onion, asparagus, garlic and the sauce was soy, siricha, mirin, and about a 1g of corn starch just to tighten it up.]

Dinner- didnt get around to it.

Yea it was really good. It didn't have a huge asparagus taste because I used the stems rather than the tender tips. It did have a subtle asparagus taste that was really good.
Yea certain things i weigh in grams. It's norm things i limit myself on because of the carb content. Things like flour or sugar and grains like oatmeal rices barley....
I find it a lil more exact than the scoop volume thats norm used.

I love my fancy schmancy kitchen scale :)
 
Today was a shopping day..
Glasses- Im getting so old :(
Protein powder- 5 pounds this time because somebody uses a lot and it goes fast.
Groceries- picked up the normal stuff and a spaghetti squash and fresh beets with the greens or maybe I should say with the purples lol. The squash I have no idea because I've never had it b4. The beets and "Greens", I dunno. Maybe pinterest has a clue.
Picked up some coconut flour and going to see what thats like.
Electronics store- new xbox and a 50" 4k Tv.....I have needs so it couldn't be helped lol.
Cooking store- new coppery non-stick pan because eggs were sticking to the pan, and I just can't have that. I dont use oil for my eggs and fried eggs that look scrambled wont work.
We went to eat at this lil artesian pizza place. I had a 6" personal pizza and salad.
Omg I want a wood fired pizza oven nowwww.

Food...

Breakfast- 2 bacon and egg wraps.(780 calories)
[4 fried eggs, 4 slices of peppered bacon, 2 L.C. whole grain with flax wraps.]

Lunch- Personal Margherita pizza, greek salad.. (945 calories)

Dinner- didnt get around to it.

Today was carby but still within my 200 limit. Waffles and beans were the evil ones...oh and the banana...bad bad banana...

Breakfast- 2 multigrain waffles, peanut butter, banana, sugarfree syrup, coffee with sugar free Italian sweet cream creamer.(478 calories)
Protein 12.7 Carbs 57.4

Lunch- Basic-ish Protein shake (440 calories)
[2 servings protein powder, 2 cups almond milk, 2 raw eggs.]
Protein 62 Carbs 8

Dinner- Wrap with braunschweiger and mustard, can of pork n beans.(952 Calories) Protein 48 Carbs79.2
