Rebel's Diary

That sounds better :D
But dropping a nanna in your shake sounds a bit harsh. Surely you eat enough protein already! ;)

Glad you started your day with a hefty breakfast & at least you ate something at night.......

Yea I knew I was going to busy to I mixed up the BIG shake. This program has a lot to do with theory and the business end of things. So it's a lot of reading and research.
The papers are the worst..I just dont speak their language.
The asparagus was given to me. A church had a thing and had abunch left over. They also gave me a bunch of the cut stem pieces. I might make a soup or something with them.

The thing about foreign languages is that you can learn to understand them. Even if it takes a while. Asparagus soup is good stuff!

I absolutely love asparagus! I could eat it for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Unfortunately, it is crazily expensive most of the time here.

Here it's not too bad. Around 1.50 a bunch. White asparagus and pencil(thin baby type) runs a little higher.

Hope lunch and dinner tasted good and nobody bugged you.
Yea lunch was at an international cafe. I had an aussie pie andsome veggies on the side. Well it had a Caribbean spice taste. Maybe the cook got confused lol. It was good all the same. Dinner was at a lil mom and pop Italian place.i forget the name but it was a pasta with sweet and spicy sausage and some veggies.
It was all ok..

Hoping you have a wonderful day today, Rebel.
