Another day of torture from the trainer who's helping out the team...

Yesterday's workout left my legs feeling like jelly for an hour...

tomorrow he said that he's going to "blast our legs"...

what was yesterday? a stroll in the park? sheesh...anyway, i'm scared... lol.

I only had half of the terriyaki today. I'm proud of myself actually, because it was VERY good terriyaki...I about died when I smelled it after practice... :D

I'm hoping to be around 197 by next wednesday...hopefully...but i'm building muscle I think, faster than I can burn the fat away. Maybe next week will show more progress. hopefully. :D

good job on your weight loss so far, and wow 3 hours volleyball, i salute you ! I tried my hand at it, and was a complete failure... i kept face-smacking the floor !

yesterday I had spaghetti for dinner, then a banana for dessert. yum.

This morning I had a little more than 1 bowl of frosted flakes for breakfast.

I'm only playing 2 hours of volleyball today, BUT I'm also going straight to the horses afterwards, so I'll still be up and moving around. :D

Started a challenge today, two actually, the September one, and the Halloween challenge. I can't wait!

198 this morning! woot! But I won't change my ticker until monday. Anywho, volleyball this morning, then horses. Much fun.

I've had about 2000 cals today. A lot normally, but i'm working a lot harder than before, so it shouldn't really mess me up much.
 
ok, breakfast was 2 pieces of cheese toast with a slice of turkey. Basically, a toasted turkey sandwich. It was yummy.

I'm going now to work, which is cleaning stalls for a lady at her barn. Fun fun. I like her horses and her dogs, so it's all good. :D

not really, because I used to be down at 187... but then summer happened, which is a lot of me just sitting at home doing nothing...lol. But i'm down to 198 again, but I'm not gonna move my ticker until Monday.

I certainly hope so! I hope to be 195 by next sunday. That's my goal.

Lunch: 4 small pieces of breaded chicken (DQ chicken basket) and the toast. I did get the fries too, but didn't eat them. I was full.

Dinner was a can of spaghettios. (260 cal)

I did however have a bit of a hiccup. There were cookies on the table, and I grabbed a few. Three I think. And I ate them. I glanced at the bag and saw 130 cals per serving. And me, not reading the whole thing thought that that was the amount of cals for 3 cookies..

oh no. 130 per cookie... omg. That's probably gonna screw me up. I don't think its' too terrible because I worked all day and then got to ride, so I did a bunch of exercise.

I'm going to be extra good tomorrow too. It's "Fun End of Summer Day" at the horses and I'm going to be there from about 9:30 till 4, then I'll be going to vb practice for two hours and then to a team dinner. *gag*

I hate team dinners. I really do. I'm not a social person usually, especially around the people on my vb team. I just don't really get along with all the toothpick thin preppy girls that are on the team. That's just not me. So I'm usually the last one there, and the first one gone... lol.

I had soooo much fun today! It was actually ridicules! :D I rode for about an hour and a half total time on the horse, and I got to turn at the trot, and then I even got to canter! Apparently I'm doing REAALLLLY well for someone who's had only 7 lessons. It makes me happy that I can do this really well.

Then vb practice. 2 hours of running after riding... my legs wouldn't work properly at first so I totally faceplanted at the beginning. it was funny.

Breakfast: 1 can spaghettios
Lunch: 1 pb&j sandwich w/ 2 cookies
Dinner: spaghetti, salad and a small piece of garlic bread

My mom woke me up early this morning because in the Everett Herald, there was a section on prep volleyball and there was a "players to watch" section. I was in it. It's kinda cool that they had me as a person to watch during the season. there were only 3 other setters in the watch section. most were outside hitters or middle hitters. :D

I've got a Jamborree today, so I'm basically playing 6 games of volleyball. Fun.

and I still can't get over how much fun I had yesterday. I'm still in a good mood this morning as well.

Thanks. :) It's kinda cool too. Maybe I can play for college, at least for 2 years. I'm going to EvCC for 2 years, and then to the "Colorado Mountain College" where the only sports are cross country skiing, alpine skiing, and soccer...:rolleyes:

Your doing great and all volleyball is alot of fun,my neice loves it and she is so good at it and she's only 9 lol.My kids had there jamboree for football/cheerleading a few weeeks ago that was a all day event but fun.Gl with your games and have a gr8 day Tammy
