Reaching For the Dreams....

Today was ok. Not great, but not horrific either. Just, ok. It was the senior's last day today...now I'm a senior...wow, who knew that the year would go by so fast? hm...

anyway, I'll be playing volleyball tomorrow, so there's some calories burned! Have a good night everyone!
 
Volleyball was fun!

Breakfast: 1 bowl of cereal
Lunch: nothing, I forgot
Dinner: Spinach raveolli. yummy..

Oh, and my dad recorded me singing the other day. I know that a few of you had asked that if I were to sing again, that I post it on here. Well, as soon as my dad gets it rendered, I will.

I'm still kind of out of the fact that I'm coming upon my last year in high school, I mean, I've waited and waited and couldn't wait for it to come, but now that it's here... I don't know, I'm excited I guess, but next year's going to be hard. I'm taking 3 AP classes, Yearbook, Government and choir. Fun fun... :D

Then there's the thought about what i'm going to do after...what college, what proffesion, where to live and all that jazz. :D
 
on top of going to volleyball, I mowed the lawn, and went on a 2.3 mile walk! :D I'm really good today! makes up for not doing so hot for the last couple of days. :)

I'm sorry that you couldn't see them! Don't you hate those blockers? we have them at school, and it's really hard to find anything that will be allowed! :rolleyes:

That's awesome!! You have to be extremely brave to stand up there & do that. You looked & sounded great.

Thanks! Luckily I don't get the massive stage fright that some people get. I just get butterflies about 5 min before I get up! :D

ok, so... I've been super bad these last few days. School has gotten me stressed, and i've been binge eating. A bit of crap here, a bit of crap there... not good, and the scale has shot up 6lbs!!!! :eek: Not good. But, school will be over in a week, and after finals, I should be able to firmly take control back. But, my goal is to get it back today. Wish me luck people, I'm going to need it. Especially to finish all the work I have for my online class...
 
Breakfast: bowl of cereal and some o'briens
Snack: banana
Lunch: PB&J
snack: banana w/ peanut butter
Dinner: grilled cheese sandwich ( but only about 2/3 of it, cause I gave some to my dog! )
dessert: banana ( I couldn't get enough of bananas!)

and maybe a couple pickles here and there. Not horrific, but not anything spectacular either. Oh well, but it was better than yesterday
 
That dog of yours is majorly well-fed. You always share your meal! I wish I could see your recital but this little laptop doesn't have the juice or the correct plug-in unfortunately. I'll check it out when I get my laptop back tomorrow though :) Hey Xorie do you count your calories? I'm just curious because if I do a mental tally of your food it comes to like 1100 right? Or I may be wrong, but I'm just curious what your goal is because my sister is trying to lose weight and we worked hers out to be 1600 cals per day. I know I sound motherish, sorry.
 
I used too, but not anymore. I should start up again. And I've got to be getting more than 1100 cals...cause then I'd be losing weight instead of gaining!

I did it once and I aimed for about 1400-1700 cals in a day when I'm active during the week.

Ok, no milk this morning, so I had a pb&j sandwich
Lunch was a turkey and cheese sandwich with a pickle
Snack: banana w/ peanut butter
Dinner was a small turkey and cheese quesadilla.

Now, I have to have control and not eat anything else. Volleyball tomorrow, and a ton of school stuff is due. *dies* i'm screwed. It's true. I should be doing that now, but I can't seem to focus...*takes a deep breath to focus* ok, work on English Jacqui, just work on the english...then the science, then the digital photography, then the washington state history...

but on a good note, I passed the math WASL!!! I was so worried that I was going to fail it, and in actuallity, I was only 10 points off of "exceding standard" on the scoring guide! Weird huh? who knew?
 
Breakfast: oatmeal (probably too much, but oh well now) and a banana
Thank god the banana is the last one, now I can't eat them with peanut butter any more! :D

hmmm.. can you tell it's time for a grocery run in my house? oh for a little bit of variety! *sigh* I don't even want to step on the scale for another month. Maybe I wont, so I can be surprised when I do step on it again...
 
lol you poor thing...at least you're eating healthy stuff...I remember when groceries would run out at my mom's place we'd all end up eating chocolate. :rotflmao:
