I don't want to be flat, just not a 40 D...:D It's frustrating, because they get in the way, cause back problems, make it so you can't find any tops,...ect ect... :D

And volleyball was fun. :D

Breakfast: 2 packets quaker oatmeal
 
I'm with ya on that my young niece :) I wouldn't want to be flat chested, but just have enough that I don't bounce wherevver I go :) however my 40Ds are better than the 44DDs I used to have :)

i have a more streamlined chest :D

oh god, running... I have to wear two sports bras just to hold 'em in place! Acutally, I have to wear two anytime I'm doing any sort of bouncy physical activity. :D
 
I used to be an A too Sophie! But then I gained 70 lbs. and have a C, and I've gotta say, I so wish I was an A again. I never understood the big deal about the girl who had big boobs who had trouble running. The moment I tried to exercise at my highest weight though, I ate my words and had to go and buy those super tight sports bras, because trying to jog was insane! I CANNOT IMAGINE A D!

Xorie I'm happy you had fun at volleyball, and I just wanted to say great job on your diet! You are managing it really well. I hope you have a lovely day.;)
 
Ah, the glorious sun! It's out at the moment, but the wind is blowing a'mighty fast, and the clouds are rollin' in! :D

Lunch was a serving of maccaroni and cheese. BUT I ate slowly, and gave the last 1/5 away.

then I caved slightly and had 3 cookie dough bites. oops, but oh well, I went and bought tennis balls,so I can start playing tennis again, and I bought an exercise ball too. :D fun fun. oh, and running shorts. :D I love sports stores.
 
Dinner: 1 turkey sandwich on wheat bread, with cheese. (we've been out of turkey for a while, and it tasted soooo good. :D)
 
My forum daughter is growing up. She openly talks about boobies in front of her forum father :eek:

I play tennis. I'm pretty good too, or I was when I was in shape. You're doing so great, awesome job on the food, forget the measly cookie dough bites. Great exercise, keep it up Xorie.

Lukewarm At least you're good at tennis. I want to play because the talent of raquet sports has eluded me, and I want to get better. :D

Breakfast: 1 chicken burrito (370 cal)

Lunch: 1 chicken burrito (370)

Dinner: 0.8 burrito (350 cal)

I know I know, but we just got some really good lean chicken burritos, and my sister had one for breakfast, and it just smelled sooo good that I wanted one too, then I had 1.8 of them at 2:40, as my lunch/dinner combined, because I don't want to eat before/after volleyball. Never a good idea to eat before, or you'll find yourself bringing it all back up!
 
ooooh... ouch.. my left buttock is in pain again.

We had a hard volleyball practice today, and man, I can feel it already, and it's only an hour after it ended! It's going to hurt like no other tomorrow:D
 
nothing like variety in the diet is there xorie ;)
and volleyball will have done you good :) well done - hope your ass isnt as sore in the morning lol x
