Reaching For the Dreams....

Ok, didn't have time to go to the gym today. Brought my mom to a doctor's appointment, then took her to the mall (she's finally off of her scooter after being practically immobile after 6 weeks cause of foot surgery) Then, I went to the horses.

I slept through breakfast, so lunch was at IHOP. 2 Banana Walnut pancakes, 2 eggs, and hashbrowns. Dinner was the other half of the Steak Omlette that my mom ordered. :D

Tomorrow I am definately going to the Y. Go me! :D
 
Ok, made it to VB practice, but due to overdrawing on my account, and lots of running around to parents to find money to pay the nice man at the gas station, I lost the time to make it to the gym... there is definately something out to get me. :D I WILL go tomorrow, even if I have to go at night! This I vow!

Breakfast was a waffle, and hashbrowns, (which I didn't finish even though I oh so desperately wanted too. :D They were really yummy)

Lunch was chicken alfredo with broccoli, and dinner was a bowl and a half of special K.

Snack was a turkey and cheese roll. (a piece of cheese rolled inside a slice of turkey)

Will do better, such as not eating more than 1 bowl of cereal tomorrow.

Anywho, on a sadder note, Max, one of the horses died of colic on Saturday. :( Makes me sad. but that's about the only bad news right now.

Blew it again today...:mad: argh. I need to get back on track. Somebody please smack me!!!!

Ok, I'm going out for a run with my sister right now, so I'll be back to tell you all how it went!
 
o.m.gosh........I haven't run that fast in a long time...I feel like i'm going to throw up...but in a good way. My sister has longer legs than me, and a longer stride...I kept up with her as long as I could but she still was faster. poo. :D We ran about a mile I'd say, then sprinted up this big aa....butt hill at the end.

Will do better tomorrow. :D
 
Hey everyone! Well, I went to the Y today! YAY! Finally, I made it in! :D I did weights, actually built up a sweat doing them, and then ran a mile and a half! woot for me! :D

Breakfast was 1 serving special K
Lunch was 2 pieces of chicken selects, a few fries, and some of a shamrock milkshake (my sis and her friend ate most of it)

Dinner will be some of my homemade lasagna! *yum* :D

I'm feeling great! Going to the Y again tomorrow, and then I have VB practice. Saturday is day of rest, then sunday is horses! what a good week! :D

Went again to the Y! And I'm proud of myself. I finished school sorely tempted to just go home during 6th period, but I didn't and I went to the Y. Did weights, worked my hips, inner thighs, quads, hammys, biceps, triceps, pecs, and shoulders.

Then I went and ran 1.4 miles! woot for me!

Breakfast was some fruit, grapes and an apple
Lucnh was a Lean Cuisine Chicken Fried rice bowl.

All in all, I haven't had many calories today, so I'm good to eat a yummy dinner. (the lasanga I made last night, but didn't eat) :D
 
ooooh man... *groans* I am soooo sore this morning. But the good kind of sore where you've worked hard, and can't walk. :D I'm down a pound of what I had gained back, so we're finally going in the right direction again. My team has a vb game today, and tomorrow, and if we win, my dad usually takes us somewhere, and if we go out to eat, i'll only get a salad. I'm trying to build up a taste for salad. I never really liked it.

I'm going to go to the Y today, possibly, if I have time. And i'll go running with my sister tomorrow.

Breakfast was a handful of Magick Stars cereal (I had to have a small amount, cause it's my absolute favorite cereal) then I had a small portion of my lasagna (which I couldn't have last night cause i was kidnapped by a friend and forced to go to her party) and a banana with a tblsp of peanut butter and a tsp of chocolate frosting. yum. (though, i should have done without the PB and Choco frosting... but oh well)

my team lost, but we learned some valuable things in this game. Dad took us out to dairy queen, and I got a salad, only ate about half, (they put bacon in it and I don't like bacon) Then I got a small blizzard. That puts me at about 1500 calories for the day, and i'm thinking about only a small dinner. Not really that hungry.
 
Dinner: 1/2 of a chicken parmasean (sp) at Applebees. And water, I don't drink pop anymore, and it feels great that I don't drink it anymore. Except root beer on occasion. But only rarely :D
 
Ok, we have another game today. Wish us luck! :)

Anyway, I woke up early this morning, and cleaned the dining room and kitchen for my mom, cause I could, and had some leftover lasagna for breakfast.

The church where my choir visits 1 time a month to sing is giving us a pizza party at Alfy's. I will have salad if they got some, otherwise, only limit myself to one piece, and lots of water.
 
ok, it's official. My boys want to give me heart attacks. They lost the first game, then came back and won the second. The third game only goes to fifteen, and you have to win by two. Final score? 14-16. OMGosh, there were so many times I wanted to close my eyes because i couldn't take it anymore! :D

Besides that, Chicken Alfredo pizza is the bane of my existance... :eek: I think I had 4 pieces.....*smacks self* That was baaaaaaad. Then we went to the cheescake factory for dinner after the game, and I got this amazing orange chicken, ate the veggies that came with it first, then only half of the meal. Then I got dessert, but only ate a third of it, came home, got on the scale to see the damage..... (even though I know you fluctuate greatly during the day) and promptly told my sister to eat the leftovers of my meal and dessert that I had brought home.

I promise now that this week I will write down EVERY LAST THING that I eat. I did really well the last time I counted the exact calories, hopefully I can do as well this time too.

I seriously need to get a better grip on my control Yes, it's a LOT better than what it has been, but it still could be even better.
