Reaching For the Dreams....

I did! :D I sang a song with my sister at our choir's "Feature Night" I'm pretty sure that we blew everyone away. :D I'm thinking about possibly putting the link to where my dad's going to upload the video up, but i'm not sure yet. My sister kinda goofed at the begining, and then did another little mess up while singing with me when it was supposed to be just me. We also might just record it and put it on another CD, dunno yet. :D

*sigh* I seem to have plataued at 193... i'm still there....we'll have to see on monday though. I've 2 days to see a dif. Even a 1lbs drop would be nice. Gotta keep going though. :D
 
i meant that its dumb that you havent been losing weight. But at least your not gaining! :)

Yeah, I did work on my mom's bike last night, and I had a ton of grapes and fruit yesterday. Then I did an abb work out. Like I said before, I hoping to see something different on the scale on Monday. Cross you're fingers! :D
 
Finally a change! 192 this morning! I've made it my goal now to weigh at least 170 by the time school ends. That's 20lbs, and there are 20 weeks left in school. That should be easy! :D

oh my goodness...i've been pretty bad this week. *smacks head* There goes all that work on losing another pound. I really need to be smacked. But rather than say I'll start next week. I promise to do better tomorrow. Start of the day to the end. I'll stay within my cal limit of 1500-1650. And i'll try to go running, or do some kind of cardio workout. I pinky promise.

Wish me luck people, cause i've been bad! :(
 
finally, a good day.

I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast
a bagel for lunch
some roasted chicken and a bagel with cream cheese for dinner.

and a few tootsie pops throughout the day.

PLUS I spet 10hours at the barn today, shoveling manure, hay, shavings, rocks, dirt, and alfalfa. I got lots of exercise in today. :D
 
ok ok, so I haven't been by in a while. I've been slightly bad, and I've gone back up to 195. But I won't let it get me down, no sir-e. I can do three pounds. I know I can. I don't know why this time around is so hard for me. I really do want to get back to the 180's, but I can't seem to be able to control myself for long enough to actually lose the weight. It's kind of frustrating, at least, I am at myself for not being able to stick to it long enough to lose the weight. But, i'll get over it.

youve done so well -and you look fantastic... the number on the scale is just that - a number... focus more on the good health you're giving yourself and l obbing the volleyball over the net :)
