Congrats on your calories you are
sticking with your plan and it show's! Have a funtastic
weekend,Tammy:)

ooooh man... i made spaghetti for dinner....

I only had one plate....

Then I kept coming back and grabbing the cold noodles...yikes.. I'm totally addicted. Plus, I just can't seem to stop eating... so i grabbed a banana and ate that...

so i'm pretty sure I went to about 1650ish cals, if not more... yikes. Must not eat tomorrow:D j/k, I'll just be a lot better. And I'll use my mom's exercise bike while she's at work.

Hey Xorie!
Good for you for knowing when to quit - sometimes it's so hard to stop when it tastes so good!

okay... so you know how I ate a lot yesterday?...

well, I stepped on the scale just to see what the difference was....

and I was 188.6... is that weird or is that just me? So I figure that I won't change anything until next Friday, which is the weigh in day for the christmas challenge.

Congrats

Thats cool that you lost weight even though you ate a lot. its so awesome that youre already past the half way mark. i was excited to even lose 4lbs. but i havent seen the scale go down for over a year. i'm not kidding. i'm happy for you! keep up the good work.

okay,

Breakfast: 1 serving of rasien bran, and fat free milk
Lunch: PB&J sandwich
Snack: 1/2 pb&J (ended up giving the rest to my dog)
Dinner Turkey sandwich and banana
After dinner snack: banana with natural peanut butter

Total for the day: 1425

That's fine with me, and I'm feeling good. Also, I went and got the forms I need to be able to volunteer at a horse rescue place, and I'm so excited! I'm probably going to end up volunteering there 3-4days a week, and then at another place for the weekends. I'm so excited! *does happy dance* And the first place, the founder, Val, says that she gives her voluteers a discount price for lessons! *does double happy dance! I can't wait!

I LOVE animal rescue. I am in the business of queen (pregnant cat) rescue work. I am finally rehoming the mom's and kittens from my last rescue efforts.

I've got to rehome the 2 mom's and I only have 3 kittens left to rehome. 1 female and 2 males from 10 kittens. I feel like I did a pretty good job! :D

I think it is excellent you are giving back to the animal type YOU love!

I just love all your quotes Xorie...I'm a collector of quotes :D I'm really going to have to find my quotebook so I can write all these down. :)

I'm glad you like them. I thought it would be a cool twist to end every post in my journal with a quote, so i'm doing that now! :D

I'm holding steady at 189! This is awesome for me! I'm so excited about this! Now my new goal is to reach the 70's. By some time in Jan. *does happy dance* I'm soooooooo excited! *takes a deep breath to calm down* ok, better now. :D:D!

hehe, I'll bet we won't see you posting on a Saturday night very often in the extremely near future ;) get my drift young lady ??

Had to swing by and root on my newest lil forum buddy :D If that scale pulls anymore teases like that 188 trick, in the dumpster it goes !!

well... my scale read 187.6 this morning... I was shocked. I don't ever remember seeing that number... ever.... so this is a good thing. I'm so happy! I've been eating a lot of fruits, and less bread than ever, so I'm thinking that that's part of it, not eating pointless carbs. But i don't know. Anyway, Had a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast this morning, and that's about 360 cals. not bad!

Now i'm off to cook me some lunch before I head back to give the lady the volunterr permission forms that I had to have my parent's sign because I'm only 17.

congratulations. thats amazing. you have worked so hard, and it payed off! Keep up the good work! i'm going to try eliminating pointless carbs too... its a great idea. thanks.

*comes in tapping boot heels*

Woot! I just got back from turning in my permission form for volunteering! Yes! I handed it to the lady, and she was like, "are you doing anything?" and I said no, and they put me straight to work. I learned how to clean out a horse's hooves properly, lead them (always walk on the left side) take off and put on horse blankets, and how to groom them properly. I also groomed 3 horses, (Storm, CeCe and Jess) Then I helped feed them all! *does another happy dance*

ahem... that is all now :D:D:D:D!!!

I did good today! I mananged to make a ton of cookies, and only ate a leg of one! I made sooo many cookies! And dinner, was a small bowl of macacroni and cheese! And for lunch, it was a turkey sandwich and breakfast was a small bowl of raisen bran. All in all, a pretty good day. I didn't get to the Y, but i'm going tomorrow. I'm really tired right now, but that's ok...

oh, and my friend mark? he came into class and told us all that he has a 10% chance of living....

it still hasn't hit me yet...

wow.. um, sorry guys, but I've just found something out...

when you hear bad news, you kinda go crazy, just trying to make it go away. Yesterday was the day that my friend told us about what he has, and the fact that he has a slim chance of living, and I kinda went off the deep end. I went from sad to happy, to crazy, all day, and I kinda made things funnier than they should have been... is this normal? hm...

I also baked up a storm last night making cookies for christmas pressies, and the first time i tried any were today, (minus the leg I had yesterday) :D

Breakfast: 1 serving of rice krispies -190
Lunch: PB&J and small bowl of raisen bran: 500
snack: piece of cheese-70
Dinner: Turkey sandwich-320
and then some cookies spread out during the day, and that's about 350 cals so, total was 1430 cals. A little over, and I need to get back on track. But i'm doing abbs every day now, and i'm working with horses 2 nights a week (and that's tiring i tell you)
