Jacqui!!!! Ahhh!

I'm having a hard time with the over-eating thing as well right now. It seems I get the most hungry around and after dinner and usually end up blowing it with an unhealthy snack no doubt. I try drinking a lot of water, and just keeping myself occupied with activities other than eating. It's really hard for me. I don't think there has been one night this week I haven't eaten too much, even if it's been by just a bit. Anyhoo, keep it up. Your doing very well. Everynow and then you're bound to hit a rocky spot.

Well, i've hit a little of a plateu...it's frustrating, knowing that I had reached the 80's at 189lbs, then bounced back to 193. I've stayed steady here for the last 2 weeks, and i'm going to be driven up a wall soon if it doesn't change. It doesn't help that i've been sick the past 2 days, and that i can't do anything but sit in the house watching movies...

Oh well, i' plan to be back at it tomorrow, and I can't wait to get back on the treadmill. I love them. :D
 
Hey Xorie - you'll break that plateau in no time! I just saw the pictures you posted in the B&A section, and girl, you are doing GREAT!!
 
Ok, so the pleteau is officially broken. weighed in today at 192lbs. I feel better already, even though it's only one lb.

Today, i had a yougurt for breakfast, a 6" meatball marinara subway sub with tomatoes, and 1/3 of a 16oz shake, which, while I was drinking, looked at it and asked myself, "why the heck am i eating this?" and then gave it to my sister. That felt good.

Probably going to have a lean gormet thingy tonight, and then i'll be done for the day. Unfortunately, i didn't get to go to the Y, but i will tomorrow!

been a while, but look at you go!! Last time I was here you were at 202 and you're really kicking booty. Great job on breaking that plateau!! Keep at it and now I'm going to go check out your before and after pics.
 
well today =major good day!

I climbed on the scale...191.2!!! Oh yeah baby! we're moving down!

For breakfast, I had 2 eggs, and some turkey on bread with cheese.

Nothing for lunch, (was taking a test)

Then, dinner was 3/4 of a small personal homemade pizza at a friend's party. AND, i didn't touch the cake. Then, we went to a movie, and I only had 1/2 a small pacakge of the cookie dough bites. *does happy dance in style of penquins* (I went and saw happy feet)

It was great. I loved it. Can't wait for more to come! I'm so happy that i'm finally back on track!
 
woohoo! I've finally lost all that i've gained back!

189.4 again! go me! I'm super excited! I'm going to an early thanksgiving dinner today, so i only had a slim fast for breakfast, and i'm not eating lunch. It's going to be fun! I can't wait until Next week! I plan on being at least 187 by then! That's two pounds away!
 
ok, so, had one plate of food for dinner, with a second on the squash, and a plate of a little of everything for dessert. I feel good about myself. I don't think i stuffed myself too badly either.
 
ok, so i went to the Y on friday, and man oh man, I used that inner thigh machine....

*hobbles around like an old lady* wow... I hurt so bad from it! :D But it's that good kind of hurt, you know?

I went again today, did some weights and the tread mill for 25 min. This time I added a little of an incline. That was cool. I must say again that I love treadmills.

so far today, all I've had is some very yummy, very warm coco, and a bagel with cream cheese.

Then I had some pizza with light ranch for dinner. No lunch.
 
today i went a little off, but only a little.

bagel w/ cream cheese this morning, (and it was the last bagel, thank god:D)
lunch, a little rice and a few small pieces of chicken terriyaki
Dinner: some mac&cheese, a pb&j sandwich, and a bite of this pecan sweet potatoe stuff that I had a bite, craved more, and gave it to my sister. I'm glad that I could do that actually. :D

p.s. On a side note, sorry for not getting to anyone's diary. This is the first chance that I've had all week to spend more than a few moments on here. So that's what i'm going to do now, head over to a load of people's diaries and pop in! :D :D :D!

Today is thanksgiving, and i've been cranky all morning. I don't know why, but I think it's the thought that there's going to be a lot of food, and in my head, I DON'T want ANY of it, but my nose and stomach think that I should stuff my face. So, I'm trying to stay away from the kitchen as much as possible. I feel bad for my family because I'm cranky, but eh, i'll apologize when dinner's over.

again, HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

I controlled myself! *dances* Go me! I wasn't even full! I had a small amount of everything, and it was all yummy. (thanks mom) :D I hope everyone else had a great thanksgiving!
