Birthday is tomorrow?....is that Friday since that post was a little after midnight or Saturday? At any rate.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YA!!!

Today is my birthday! yay! 17! lol. it's not really that big of a deal. and, today at practice, my coach got three little b-day cakes (there are three of us who have birthdays in september) and had me blow out the candles. BUT I didn't have any of the cake! I'm proud of myself! Go me!

I'm so glad you came back. Your food today doesn't sound so bad. You burned a lot of calories at the game, I'm sure. Congrats on the win too!

Weeeeellll... today wasn't so hot. I had my water quota, but for breakfast, I had 2 bowls of cereal...*oops* And for lunch, I had a slice of cafeteria pizza.. and two cookies...(though, I got four, but gave the other two away. At least I wasn't completely overcome.) For dinner I had cheese raveoli... another yikes because I ate too much of it. Oh well, I'll be a lot better tomorrow. I promise.
 
my oh my, I hate PMS. It makes you eat things during the day that you later regret ever eating...

This morning I had 1 chocolate chip pancake. (Gave the other to my skinny sister) Then for lunch, had pizza, and three cookies... When I got home from school, I had a turkey sandwich, then a banana rolled in a tortilla with peanut butter and chocolate chips...

Ok, NEVER doing that again. Luckily, I only gained 1/2 a lb this week. I hoping to control myself next week, starting tomorrow, when I'm going on a four hour hike! I hope to lose the weight like i'm supposed to! Can't wait!
 
Weellll.. This morning I WAS supposed to go on a 6 mile hike... ha, not happening now. My little brother had a hissy fit(in my opinion) and he decided that he didn't want to go to Pilchuck. So instead, he's going on a bike trip with my father, and we only have 2 bikes that work. So now i'm home alone, cleaning my room because I have nothing better to do. *sigh*

Anyway, for breakfast I had 2 small, eggs, chopped turkey and cheese in a tortilla. I had eaten it expecting to be doing a lot of calorie burning exercise today, and to keep up the energy on the trail. But no, can't do that now, cause lsour02eruwojlfd....ok, i'm done now. I finished my rant. Sorry about that guys.

I hope to go shopping today to get my friends the fruits and veggies for this week's challenge!
 
Just kidding on the hiking thing, my brother changed his mind, yet again, and now we're going! I'm uber excited now! Gotta go now!
 
Wow, that hike was fun. For anyone who cares, we hiked up Mt. Pilchuck in Washington. Unfortunately we couldn't get to the top, because we didn't have enough time. But that's why we're going to go next weekend. I'm so excited I can hardly wait. I've finally gotten my dad to agree to at least try to go on a hike every weekend, so we'll see.

For lunch yesterday, I ate on the trail, cashews, a little trail mix, and a fruit cup parfait thingy, which by the way was really yummy.

Then, dinner. My parents decided to go out to eat at bugermaster...I didn't want a salad because they were out of ranch, so I had a kiddie meal. AKA a paper thin burger and some fries. I only had about a quarter of the fries though, then gave the rest to my brother. AND instead of a soda, I had water.

All in all, yesterday was a good day for me, and the scale shows it! I'm down to 201 today!
 
Ok. So, I've got good news and bad news.

The bad news is that we lost our vb game today. *sigh* oh well, we'll get them next time.

The good news is, I MADE IT BACK TO ONE-DERLAND! I'm super excited about it all. Really, i am. I hope to keep up the good work, and good luck to the rest of my vampires! WE can do it!
 
Well, i'm slowly but surely watching the scale drop. I'm so happy. And, my drama director from last year noticed that I was losing weight and said, quote."You've lost some weight! And trust me, you look like you're going to be one spicy volleyball chick out there."

I liked that a lot!

was bad today food wise, eating probably too much at breakfast, and too much at dunch, but then, I didn't eat dinner, and played in 5 games of volleyball. It was a great match, unfortunately we lost, but it was a great experience.

Weigh in tomorrow for the challenge. I can't wait!
 
Great job Xorie! I LOVE hiking, used to hike up Grand Father Mountain all the time...pre-motherhood. :p

WOW!!! 196.5 today!!! Yes!!! I'm super excited and pumped for the rest of this challenge! I love doing this! i'm so happy!! Go me! Go me! heehee..

Maybe in another 15 lbs i'll do some picture. Personally, I don't think that i've changed that much, but then, i am my worst critic. :D

Ok, yesterday, =not good. Came home from the homecoming game to find pizza on the counters, boxes of pizza...(it was my brother's b-day party)

So I was extra good today, eating a breakfast, then going on a 6 mile hike. I MADE IT TO THE TOP! It was fun. I was determined to get there, even though the last 3rd of the trail is really hard and steep. I wasn't going to eat dinner because I had about 3 granola bars on the trail, maybe four, but then, after choir practice today, came home, and my stomach wouldn't stop growling, so I ate a "lean dinner" thingy, with only 200 cals, and 4 grams of fat. not too bad.

Going to be good for the rest of the week, I promise!
