Reaching For the Dreams....

ugh for will power. It pretty much went down the drain today.

had cheese toast for breakfast
a piece of pizza and a chocolate cookie for lunch...
a little of leftover french dip and a pb&j sandwich for "after practice snack"

...

then the big oops... a freaking whole box of craft mac.... I don't know what came over me. I'm rather appalled at the fact that I ate that much... true I was hungry... but i didn't think that I could eat all that! *bows head in shame, but then lifts head again*

I WILL DO WONDERFULLY TOMORROW. THIS I DO SWEAR.

Hey it was a bad day... tomorrow will be much better.
 
Ok, so today was better.

Had slim fast for breakfast.
granola bar for a snack
small terriyaki for lunch. (mostly ate the rice because my teeth hurt, dang retainer)
half a pb&j sandwich and grapes for "before game energy snack"
and a turkey sandwich and a yogurt for dinner.

Pretty yummy, and not bad for me food. I'm satisfied now.

And we won our game. Double plus for the day, especially because this win secures our spot in districts, and possibly state.

hm...

today, had slimfast again for breakfast. Had a poptart and some low fat chips for lunch then, for dinner had fat free beans and cheese in a burrito, and grapes for dessert. Not bad. Though, I really need to step it up if I want to lose anything before friday! I'm almost afraid to step on the scale. I should be stepping on it everyday though, just to keep reminding myself to eat right.

Wow, I haven't had a poptart in forever, that sounds so Yum. lol.

At least you're sticking with it a bit more today, just keep it up. I heard that it's not best to step on the scale everyday because you could get easily discouraged and probably indulge more in food. But you should step on it to get an idea of where you are.

I totally am having a wonderful day! Stepped on the scale, was 194.5, new record! And, we played Oak Harbor in vb today, went to 5 games, BUT WE WON!!!! It was amazing. I loved it. I broke my record for assists, 42, and digs/saves, 17 today. I was pumped.
 
I'm past the halfway mark! I'm so surprised actually. I never thought that I would ever get here. It's amazing. And you know what? I don't think that I could have gotten this far with out all the wonderful people that are a part of this site. The support and confidence in me by everyone here is wonderful! Thank you everyone!!! *hugs for all*
 
Congratulations on the halfway point!! That's fantastic! And I have to agree this place is great - I've never stuck with a diet long enough to ever see results like this.
 
Ok. So yesterday I found out that my friend from kindergarden has a rare form of skin cancer. He's going to have to miss most of his junior year. I'm scared for him. I thought that my weightloss problem was huge, but now I can see that it's tiny compared to his cancer. Please everyone, pray for him. His name is Mark. Thank you.
