Reaching For the Dreams....

Well, happieness = today, I stepped on the scale, and it looks like i've passed my little plateau, as i've reached 198. and the scale took a little while whether it wanted to go there, or 197.5... this is great. My happiness is complete for the moment. :)
 
Well, I started off today eating well... Then lunch...yeah, I'm pretty sure that I used up the rest of my calories for the day in that meal. *smacks head* oh well. I won't eat dinner. Maybe some fruit, but nothing substantial. And i'll head out and do some yard work, and go running tonight to make up for it. I just moved my ticker down, and i ain't gonna move it back up!
 
Had a burrito for breakfast this morning. -370cal, but it's "97% fat free... whatever that means, :))
Had another for lunch, different type, but same amout of cals
with a snack of a banana cut up and put into a burrito with a tblsp of peanut butter on a tortilla. (yum)
Gonna have a chicken salad for dinner, then go running. I HAVE to go today, my brother took my car without telling me, so I was unable to head to the track, and i wasn't about to go running around my neighborhood.

Hoping to get back on track soon!
 
so, i didn't have the salad for dinner, but the sum total of calories i ate today was probably around 1350, so I'm ok. Then i was sitting at my computer, contemplating something...it was a nice little internal conversation...

"I need to go running..."

psh.. why run? just keep sitting here writing your story, not runnings ok.

*sigh* "I reallly need to go running...but I don't want to.."

that's right, no need, just stay here

*shuts off moniter*

"Ack! I need to run, my butt's not getting any exercise sitting here, and the chairs probably tired of having my fat bottom on it all day."

Yeah, that was my internal conversation, it was interesting. but the good side won, and you know what?

I ran TWO AND A HALF MILES... and I felt like I could go on forever. I need to get myself an ipod, it's getting harder and harder to run through all the songs in my head. :D
 
K, here's the food i've had today...

1 bowl of frosted mini wheats.

1 turkey sandwich with cheese on flax bread. (which was surprisingly good tasting if I do say so myself,)

and probably like 2 "servings" of pasta with an alfredo sauce for dinner.

plus a TON of water. Going running again tonight, want to do at least the same amount as yesterday, hoping to do more.
 
Yay! I did it! I ran 2 and 3/4 miles today! plus a warm up and a cool down lap. So I traveled 3 and a quater miles today! *does little happy dance* I want to do this soooo badly! Wanna be a little hot vb chic that can wear the shirt that I reallllly want. that says, "kiss me, I'm a volleyball player" :D
 
though, for running all that, according to the scale, i've gained two pounds..:( maybe it's water weight. Will find out tomorrow morning at weigh in for the raiders.
 
xorie, with all that you do, it sounds like it must be water weight gain!

You're doing a GREAT job with your running!
 
ugh, was bad today. Had a cinnamon roll for breakfast. oops. But then, alfredo pasta stuff for lunch, and half a turkey sandwich for dinner.

Going running again today, so hopefully it will be good. Also, i'm doing about 150 crunches (front,and sides plus leg lifts) every night, along with pushups and some exercise ball work. I'm hoping that I'm just putting on muscle weight.
 
Just got back from running. Didn't go as far, but I went harder at the 2 miles that I did run. There was also some russian(i think) old man (and I mean that respectably) who told me nice job( I think, his accent was VERY strong) It made me feel good that people noticed. This man has been there often when I run, and I think that he noticed that I was running faster and farther. It was nice.
 
Awesome. It feels good, when people notice your progress. It motivates me to keep going, even when I feel like I can't go no more. Keep up the greatness girlie chick girl.
 
Ok,

Breakfast: 1 serving of vanilla slim fast
Lunch: Turkey & cheese on a whole wheat bagel

Going running again. Maybe using my mom's stationary bike instead. And maybe some volleyball.

Well, went to a parish BBQ today.

had a burger and some cookies.
for dinner I had a turkey sandwich with cheese
a snack was peanut butter in a tortilla
and a plum. (yum)

Not too bad. i I do say so myself.
