Reaching For the Dreams....

Hey X,

welcome back. How was volleyball camp????

I like that you brushed tonight off and have a plan to get back on tract tomorrow. That is what I like to see! Keep up the great work!

GO BELLY BUSTERS! :D

volleyball camp was amazing. I had so much fun! And you can see more of what I did/ate while there in the Bellybuster's thread. Thanks for the welcome back!

Thanks Pineloa.

Today was amazingly awesome. I had a bagel with light cream cheese for breakfast. A turkey sandwich for lunch, a handful of Peanut M&M's, before making my sister hold the bag at the theater, then had a salad for dinner.

I also played about 1/2 an hour of volleyball, then went running. I walked 1/2 a mile, then ran 1 1/3 miles. It felt great. I've drunk more water than anything else, and haven't touched the milk. (which is VERY rare, as milk is my favorite drink) I hope to do as well tomorrow, minus the M&M's. Things are finally looking up!

AH!!! 203! I finally dropped down another pound! *goes to fix ticker* I've been struggling to lose this one for a while. It would bounce around, but never would land on 203. I'm very happy right now. I just ate a bowl of cherrios that were more bananas than cherrios, with fat free milk. Going to have somthing small and healthy for lunch, and then the same for dinner. Plus playing 2 hours of VB, and running maybe a mile and a half today. I just keep wanting to do better now!!!! I'm starting to see light at the end of the tunnel, even though it's still a very long way off!

Ok, so had a blast at VB, didn't do a lot of running around, but enough. Had a turkey sandwich on sourdough bread for lunch, and a PB&J for dinner. I'm going to head out in about an hour to go run at the middle school track. I'm hoping to add another lap today!

I am sooo happy for your lost. I love it when the scale works. You also seem to be working out and eating really, really well. I am soo happy that you are on here you are such an inspiration!!!!!

thanks newme! I ran a mile and a half today!!!!!*does happy dance* plus two more laps (warm up/cool down) so I traveled 2 miles! Before I go to sleep tonight, I'm also going to do my usual 100-150 crunches (working all of my abs) pushups, and some butt stuff with my mom's exercise ball. Hoping to see the scale drop again soon!

was a little bad today. Had 2 banana's and apox. 1-1/2 bowls of cherrios for breakfast. Lunch was a turkey sandwich. Don't know what's going down for dinner today, but probably something small. Lots of water too. hoping to have at least 3 Nalgeens today. Also going to go running again at the track. hoping to add another lap to make it 1-3/4 miles run, plus two extra laps. (warm up/cool down) I really want to drop the weight! And hopefully with all the running, I'll be able to drop pant sizes soon too! At the moment, I have a pair hung up on the back of my bedroom door that are now my "goal pants." They are a "large" size 10, so I can't wait to get into them!

Hey xorie,

It's good to see your taking the time and concern to work with your weight now. Alot of people put it off... and put it off.... until it's ridiculously out of control. Trust me. I've been in your shoes, and I've not fully unlaced them yet either. Speaking from personal expierence, being the chubby chick, amongst your peers, friends, or yourself even is definetly no fun. This will be my senior year in higschool, and I'm hoping to spend it a bit more on the skinny side. Good luck to you. I know we can do it! Lol.

AH!! I ran 1-3/4 miles today! *does insane happy dance* this is exciting! I really have never felt better! I have so much energy right now! and it's 10 o'clock!

My volleyball team runs every friday when the season starts, and they run a mile. The last two years, I have always been one of the last people to finish, but this year, especially at tryouts, I want to be FIRST!!!! That's my goal now, to run a fast mile. But i'll keep adding distance, and start timing my mile once August 21st starts getting closer. I can't wait to surpise everyone!

hoping to get on the scale tomorrow and see a difference! *crosses fingers*

I'm down pound an a half! I can see the scale just wanting to go under 200! This is very excititng. I can't wait!

Hello fellow Belly Buster! How exciting! You're right on the edge of being in "onederland" (as someone on another diary referred to it). I'm so happy for you! It's funny how motivating a bit of loss is, isn't it?

AYIE!!!!!! *starts jumping up and down like a crazy Jack russel terrier*

I'm BELOW 200!!!!!!! 199.5! Take that all you crappy junk food! I stay away from you, and go running, and the pounds start dropping off! *does another happy dance*

I'm under, I'm under! Boyah!

*cough* sorry

:D
