Fruit salad, (apple orange, grapes, pinapple)

Pork, peas, carrots, broccoli, jacket potato, small amount of gravy

Orange Juice
Diet Coke

Exercise 75mins
30mins Core Stability Classs
45mins Walking with dog

Feeling low today i want chocolate mainly because its time of the month Im just glad we have 0 amount of choc in the house!!!!

haha thats one way of resisting temptation....don't have it in the house! unfoetunately i live with people who can eat it 24/7 and not put on an ounce. :(

your excercise is amazing!!! :hurray: keep it up!

Hello there, I take it from yr food diaries that you mainly do red days? I don't know how you have to energy to work out so much I have my own gym in the house now and I can even muster the energy after the kids have gone to bed to do anything in there anymore... not good but I had managed to get my Gold Body Magic award about 3 weeks ago :piggy:

Yeah mainly red days as i find green really hard i dont eat much pasta and hubby doesnt eat any so i tend to do red as its so much easier to cook the same for both
I have seen this body magic and not really understood it much i think i will ask at weigh in on wed what it is and get a better understanding of it!

fish, peas and few home made slimming workd chips (par boil spray with fry light then cook in oven)

Ok so im really annoyed i dont seem to of lost anything this week how how how??? i really dont get it, but thats life i guess, but all that exercise i thought i would be on for about 2lb loss!!

My sister-in-law had a baby girl at 11am, 8lb which i laughed at as she is 4 foot 8" and a size 6UK shes tiny so her bump really was all baby!!! its cute though called Jaiden Lee so i have been round to say hi and help her mum with her other kids she was out of the hospital at 5pm! thats madness but it is her 4th girl so i guess they just said well she knows what shes doing off you go.

I heard back from my police check today its complete and will be in the post today so i should have it in the next few days i rang Alderhey to get a start date and they said till they have a copy i cant get one but ring back on thursday im sooooooooooooooooooo excited about it i may be starting in the next 2 weeks :hurray:

Im off work ill today, i had a headache tuesday night and it was still there at 2pm wednesday so i went home as the computer wasnt helping, spent most of the time in bed asleep
I went to weigh in last night (wednesday) and stayed exactly the same! which just means i will be looseing extra next week!!!
So anyway woke up this am and just thought no im staying here in bed although the headache has gone almost i have tummy cramps which i never get so that has thrown me (reason for no loss this week)
So i think i will do a DVD at home for my exercise and stay nice and warm

I'm sorry you're not feeling well, Rah. Headaches are horrible if you use the computer a lot, I know! I hope you'll feel better soon.

I have just done my 30 min cardio box dvd and i swear im about to die i think i pushed it too far but i feel darn good for it but wow do i need to rest lol
 

hey have a good rest while you're ill. i'm sure your body is already working extra hard to repair itself...it doesn't need you using up all the energy lol!

I feel bit better today but stayed off work anyway i am going to totally get over this

Well found out the person i need to speak to so i can get my start date is off sick and will be for a while so i asked if there was anyone else i can speak to to get my date they are all in a meeting and someone will ring me back so i hope its today!

I think i need to look for a new bread this week! 1.3g in 1 400g slice thats not a lot BB said 1 slice has 6g in i think i need that brand but i have reached 27.36g of fibre for lunch time so i know what i need to push up the intake ...beans on toast LOL

Im stressing/feeling guilty (never thought i would say that!!!) about not getting the gym so far this week but i will hammer it sunday monday and tuesday so that will make me feel better but i think today will be another DVD this time im thinking the hop hop work out, it does make me laugh when im in the livingroom attempting to dance LOL

Well im out for a meal tomorrow for my aunties 60th birthday which i am really looking forward to but dreading at the same time, i have picked a red day (slimming world) so its mainly meat and veg so i have picked the mixed grill no starters no desert and diet cokes all the way then im going to my best friends house as she is having a body shop party so i will drive there diet coke

Well its Saturday morning i have just got in from the morning walk with the dog and all i can think about is how much fibre is in all the foods im eating today LOL
Which i am sorry to say isnt much, so i think i will need a helping hand today

Wow got back to the gym today feel good for it but sooooo tired i up'd the level on the bike so them "hills" are getting much bigger! legs we wobbly when i got off but good wobbly LOL
Going my parents for dinner today love roast dinners i dont cook myself! I will update the food side later so i can work out the fibre

Hi Sarah

It sounds like you have a few exercise DVDs. Would you recommend any in particular. I love going to aerobics but dont do any in the house.

You will get an extra good weight loss next week. The time of month always makes me retain water and I often get a week when I lose nothing or gain.

I bet you cannot wait to get your start date so that you can hand in your notice and do the career that you trained for. I am so excited for you.

wow your excercise is amazing. i just about do 15mins on each of those you've done 30. i admire that-can't see how anyone can last for that long...well done on getting it up a level on the bike as well!

Just checking in to see how you are doing; sounds like you have your exercise pretty well under control! Good on ya, mate! Way to go with your fiber, too. I have to watch that I don't eat too much fiber, or I am totally uncomfortable! I especially find that if I eat too much popcorn, which is extremely high in fiber.

Anyway, keep up the great work!
