Ok so I promised myself I would never do this but I did a mid week weigh in!!!
I weigh myself on my scales then go to the official weigh in (so I can see the difference in scales (0.1 lb) so if I need to miss a week I can keep on track so I got into my weigh in clothes and jumped on the scales and they show a 3lb loss so far so I am sooooooo happy, just hope it stays like that for Wednesday.
I went out Saturday for my cousins 40th birthday meal/party and I was really good,
I had no starters,
Steak (no dressing), veg and a jacket potato with tiny amount of butter
no desert either!
Then when we got back to the house for the party I had no food from the buffett and had a banana when everyone else was on the cheesecakes and gataux and drank no alcohol
The meal was really hard but i am so happy i did it now seeing the results on the scales
Friday was also hard I refused the McDonalds Breakfast that was brought in and had my fruit, my manager was leaving so she brought in cookies muffins allsorts of cakes I resisted all untill 16.30 then I had HALF a cookie, then we all went the pub for a goodbye drink and they decided to order food so I left as i knew I was going out on Saturday and didnt want to be tempted by both!!!
So a really good week so far and half a cookie is good considering they were sat next to me on the spare desk all day!!!
