new week new start
i will be making a plan for the weeks meals today but i am on nights this week so should be easier for me as theres no chance of me picking im asleep during the day and i never feel like eating during the night feels wrong
So i eat my main meal when i wake up and have something light before i go to bed
Well i didnt loose this week but i didnt put on either so thats good but this week i will get below 200lb! i will i will i will

sorry I haven't posted in a while. Doing better today, but these past two weeks have been eeking by ... I think the break up is getting to me .. ugh
