Hi Im Sarah live in the UK with Hubby and our dog didnt want to start a new diary hence the reason for the edit
I did start this diary way back in may but i dont think i was in the right place of mind as i never lost any weight or what i did went straight back on!
So 24th Sept was my new starting point (page 6) starting again at 210lb but this time determind to do well,
In Oct (page 7) I joined slimming world and adjusted the ticker to reflect thier scales and so the new jouney began,
Im using mini targets at about 14lb a time the first being 16lb by christmas which is going well
Im loosing the weight by going to slimming world and the gym and my final target is going to be around the 140-150 mark but i will decide when i get closer to it

Well I am 25 years old, from the UK, weigh 210lbs when I started (lost 3lb this week)
I am at uni and the weight has just piled on I think though comfort eating and stress eating mainly.
Well i graduate in September (Grad Ball is 22nd Sept and want to have a fab dress for that) and dont want to be this big and unhappy so doing somehting about it now.
I am very proud of myself this weekend.
1ce a month a group of us get together have take out and a few drinks well it was on sat.
We had chinise i ordered boiled rice and had half a meal, drank diet lemonade and had 2 measures of vodka. this is really good for me normally its egg fried rice few chips and a bit of everyones meal with larger to go with it.
I know its not cutting it out completly but reducing it by over half is good and its only once a month so i will just have to start the gym routine this week and keep it going.
Feel free to read and comment all motivation and advice is very welcome
