I'm TRYING SOOOOO HARD to get back on track :( Things have been insane lately, I have been sick, and I've been eating really poorly. I've put a couple pounds back on. I can't seem to motivate myself.
 
I'm sorry to hear bout the lack of motivation and being sick :( thats never easy to deal with.. Come back to us :) We're here to help!
 
I signed myself up for two challenges.. Christmas and New Years. Hopefully that'll keep me more focused. I've put a couple pounds back on in my hecktic life.
 
Wow. Quick life update... quit my second job today.. got offered a promotion at the job I'm keeping that I have an "interview" for tomorrow... so basically I have to go through the process.. that'll take a couple nights a week of work out of my schedule and I can get back to the gym!

Seeing as I have been checking this site everytime I log online again, I'm focusing more on weight loss than I have been lately.

I'm not eating great, but not extreeeemely horribly. Making sandwiches for lunch at least three days of the week, and not eating as much grab and go stuff as before. Still some, though... and when I go off the deep end.. well it's hard for me to crawl back up.

Today: (hurts to write down what a bad day it was!)

Breakfast: Breakfast sandwich from a gas station... english muffin with sausage patty and egg. I'm guessing 150 cals, but I'll round up to 200 to be safe.

Lunch: Sandwich -- wheat bread, non fat miracle whip, lettuce, one slice cheese, ham. Microwave chefboyardee hahaha or however you spell that. Had more cals than I knew :( too bad.. it was nummy!

Dinner: Smart One micro dinner

After work I got taco bell with my roomie :(

Exercise: none specifically at the gym or anything.. Marching band for two hours... with all the starting and stopping, I'm estimating only one hour of cardio.

My weight has gone up.. if I remember tomorrow morning, I'll weigh in :( it'll be sad.

Exercise: 1 hour
 
Yay for the promotion! Not having two jobs will help get back into the swing of things again. Hope your having a great week so far :)

Don't let the bad calorie count days get you down. Sometimes we all have days where they sneak up on us. The fact that you're planning out some of your meals though is good. Preplanned lunches won't make a big difference but they will help.
 
The weather is good.. well I adore fall and like winter, so it's good for me! There is actually snow falling as I speak! I love bundling up in warm clothes.

Schedule has been insaneeeeeeeeeeeee.

Tomorrow morning, I am playing at a radio station at 7:15, I have an exam, then regular classes, going to work.. then playing another gig downtown, then going back to work and closing. ]

Saturday is homecoming, so we are rehearsing at 8am, marching the parade, then doing the football game, then I'm showering, going to work, then have a study group.

Sunday, I am opening at work, meeting people to go costume shopping at 11:30, have a study group at 1:30, going back to work until 6.. then a meeting from 6 to 9 then back to work for a floorset and since it's the holiday floorset, it's going to take forever. And on Monday, I have three exams.

Maybe on Tuesday I can relax a bit...

One really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really AWESOME part about my week is that I went to tango for the first time in over a year. I had stopped going because my boyfriend didn't like that I wouldn't spend time with him to go (as you can tell, my schedules are packed..).. then my knee problems got worse, then I had my surgery... so it was the first time I had the night off when my knee has felt good again. MY BUTT HURT SO GOOD THE NEXT DAY!!! It is such a crazy butt and calf workout, whoohoo. I also now have a fairly set schedule at work where I have Tuesdays off.. so that is going to be added to my regular list of things I'm going. It's seriously like crack to me, it was SO good to be back into it.. I love the people, the expression, the art, the music... ALL OF IT!!!!... so yeah. That was amazing. So like crack, though... I'm having withdrawls and really need Tuesday to come around a little sooner than it is.

A. ITS SNOWING! Grr. How can you like that, lol?? I can handle the cold, NOT the snow. I have a tiny little sports car... the tires aren't fond of the snow and ice :rolleyes:

B. HOLY SCHEDULE! You really ARE packed from wake to sleep. I don't know if I should be jealous of your full life, or completely the opposite, lol.

C. Thats cool that you found a new "workout". Its nice to have something fun AND healthy all at the same time.

Wow you got snow already? Gratz on the promotion at your job. Sounds like you've had a very busy summer with alot of life changes. Glad your leg is healed up and you can tango again :) I lost track of you when I didn't have access to the internet off and on this summer. I was looking through my diary and found one of your posts and thought "I wonder how she's doin?" I'll try to come by more often and check to see how you are. Right now I'm off to bed before I start rambling anymore than I already am in everyone's journals, lol. Talk to you later ~Lisa
 
Well today sucked... it was snowing with bad humidity and I ended up being taken to the hospital in an ambulance with hypothermia. Yay for marching band.
 
Oh my god! Hope your ok- Billings was declared civil emergency or somethin like that?? Huge snowstorm and there are trees everywhere... but other than having to shovel for hours, I didn't get hypo. Scary!
 
Ugh, I am SO done with myself forgetting and getting caught up in things and basically leaving all of myself to get unhealthy. I am going into finals week, and I am going to be better to myself. Watch out, I'm back.
 
Glad to see you back. I was also gone for a few months and gained 5 lbs while on hiatus. It does sort of help to check in here and see what everyone else is doing for their weight and health.. Gets you a bit amped.. Best of luck on the exams.
