Hangovers suck. I plan to have one tomorrow. Haha.

I also plan to get my butt to the gym sometime today. So far, I've walked around at work for 6 hours.. but I don't really count that as exercise as it's just my work. I'll either get to the gym or go for a walk.

Ditto - Im the same..I never count work for exercise. Right now at work I clean for abt 3 hrs straight , my job before was house clean and prior to nights I worked 10 hr shifts caring for ppl, ick, talk abt being on your feet non stop.

I wanted to drop by and say hi, youve been to my neck of the woods a cpl of times and I wanted to come on by here.

I say your pics and you are cute and curvy, nothing wrong with that but I know how it feels to need and want to get rid of the weight. Alot of ppl tell me that i am ok the way I am and look fine but I cant stand the way I look...I am a single mother of two and I look it!

So your pic is your tat:D SO cool...do you havwe anymore or just the one? I* lovew tats...I have two and abt to get a third:)!!!

Once agian Im glad you joined our team, your accountability is great and you contribute ALOT!!! Lets just start making your points count and we can get out of last for sure...

Thanks Cerella. Haha, I believe the other teams are green and purple, not red. Anyway, yeah, now that I know where to post my stats I will for sure!

I know I'm okay the way I am... but I know I can look SO much better :) I've been stacking the pounds on slowly for years and I'm ready to get them off. And being a single mom with two kids and a job, you are still doing an amazing thing for yourself, so keep it up!

It's my only tat, but I love it. They are addictive and I want to get more, but I am going to stick with just one. For a few years at least :) What are yours of?
 
My left hand going along my thumb bone has three stars in variation of sizes, small, large, medium...represents my daughters and I...all in our fave colours and according to age...with our initials..ie T for Taneesha in orange cuz she has orangy red hair:)and she is the youngest, Im the biggest one in the middle with green and Kaylea is the medium sized one on the end in blue...

my second is on the inside of my right leg above my ankle is it a green skull...a cute playful old school skull, I love skulls and green...my third will be going up my right arm of a daffodil im asking two of my artist friends to design for me...my fav flower...when and if I ever get my belly to where I am comfy with it, I want to get a tattoo round my belly button and I have one I designed tha tI would liek to get to represent all thehealing of my past relationship...a broken heart stitched up with angel wings, signifying healing and growth , yes they are very addictive!!!

Thanks for dropping by, I think I am going to get an exercise machine not sure if a tread mill or weight lift. And I've always considering tattoos, but eh I slowly lost interest and then fell for piercings. I might get some piercings as a treat for my self if I reach my designated goals. I need some incentive. I found a coworker who I might be able to work out with at their gym in their apartment building. Only problem is gas...

Heya Beauty! Haha, I do the piercing thing too :p I have 7 in my ears right now... I have had 8 at once before. I plan on getting my belly button pierced as a reward when I hit 150. I have friends that are piercers at a shop here in town, so that makes it easy to get addicted. And Cerella.. I have a friend that is an apprentice at a tat shop here too haha.. she is actually the one who designed mine :)

Exercise: 25 minutes cybex arc, 30 minutes weights, 30 minutes cybex bike. Whoo!

Exercise so far this week: 2 hours 35 minutes (155 minutes)

AND MY TICKER WENT DOWN. EVERYBODY LOOK, EVERYBODY LOOK!

I did notice your ticker that is awesome...I rarely loose, Im gonna go to the doc at some point. My eating isnt really that bad and I exercise ALOT! LOL.

Sandwich
____Two slices bread

____Mayo
____Lettuce

Snack:
Pretzel with cheese

Dinner:
Sandwich
____Tuna
____Mayo
____Celery
Two string cheese

Calories: 2062 (Not entirely sure the pretzel calories are correct, but closest guess I had there.)

You're getting in more than I am. I am thinking about getting a Curves membership they want $199.00 down and $34.00 a month, not sure if it is worth it. But it is some where to work out, problem is having the money. Don't mention beating the scale! Sometimes I want to throw it across a river. (Publix, scale at a store.) I remember it saying I gained a pound then lost one. I am going to buy one to do my bi-weekly weigh ins for my goal, but they seem to cost so much now days.

I cannot stand mustard, at all. I do keep the amount of the mayo down and it's in my daily calories, so I'm not ignoring the facts of it or anything. Thanks though! And it's a multi grain bread.

Been doing good the past couple of days.. but haven't had much time to be on the computer. Will update more later!
 
hi! Hope things are still going well for ya- I've been bad bout stopping in on people..
so heres a question- you had a pretzel the other day and said you estimated the cals.. what do you think they were? Cuz I work in a mall, and when I eat there its usually a friggin pretzel and even tho I KNOW better, I feel like I'm not doing as much damage that way... I always guess around 500 with a topping. Hopefully I'm not screwing myself and estimating short!
 
Heya Jess! I've been estimating between 450 and 500, plus topping. That's the best I could really average on fitday.com It's good to see you are guessing about the same as me! Haha.
 
Just wanted to drop in and say hey...:D!!!And yes by passing fast food to cook at 11pm (dinner) Wouldnt be an easy task!But you did it, good for you!!!
 
Heya guys! Thanks for stopping by! Cerella, I think the fast food challenge actually helped me change a little bit of that. I realized that once I got home, made something.. not only was it healthier, but I wasn't as hungry :) I'm going to aim to do that more often... even though I won't hold as strictly to it. My fast food usually consists of a quesidilla from taco bell.

Today is great so far! Mainly because It's noon and I just woke up, hahhaah.
 
Oh I hear that...it is alrteady 11 here and we are just eating now and have plans to swim at 1...i cant believe how fast the day is going...but it is good. Im going to see sex in the city tonight with my aunt...lol
