I'd be fuming... call them b ack and ask to speak to a supervisor and complain
just remember you get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar... speakwith a supervisor - and don't scream or yell - or insult - calmly explain the problem and tell them what you want done to compensate you - if it's a refund of the entire shipping fee ask for it - and don't say you'll never deal with them again ( that's an incentive for them to not help you at all)

So no Mexican food last night! We switched to another place because it was so busy! I had a salad with some blackened steak on it and only ate one of the pieces of bread they brought to the tableOh and I did have a glass of cabernet with dinner. Not bad all in all though! It was nice.
I really should rent my services out as a professional complainer
