what routein is the MOST effective for bulking? I mean like 4000+ calories a day. Right now i do moday: chest/tris tuesday:legs Wednesday: off Thrusday: back/bis/forearms Friday: shoulders/abs saturday: off sunday:repeat

i ordered 2 books on ebay i think their good/ scrany to brany, and the new rules of lifting. thanks!
 
So is S2B. You will get some terrific guidance from both of those reads. I recommend hitting each body part more frequently, but those books will explain.
 
Supersetting angagonist workouts work great for me.

Thats when you superset exercises like bench press with bent row and shoulder press with chin ups.
