guys i'm so sorry for all the questions please forgive me. totday i did'ent workout but i was soposed to but i bench pressed a little for the first time i did a 100 pound 105 to be exact so i know i'm getting stonger and i don't want to lose that. i know i asked this question in many forms but this is the last time. please someone give me an example from breckfest to before bed deit to lose my stomect fat and gain muscle. please help thanks so much
