Right now I am a freshman in college. Last semester I started to do a little bit of wieght training at school, and I felt good after it. I liked the results so i signed up for a year membership at a gym near my house.
This semester is the first semester that I am working. And my schedule doesn't allow me any time to work out like it did last semester
At the moment I am looking at 2 options.
My account at home is frozen (free of charge). If I were to unfreeze the account I could only go to the gym twice a week (Saturday and Sunday) becuase those are the days that I go home.
My school has 2 gyms, one right next to my dorm which is free but has odd hours like 1pm-6pm and another that is 40 bucks a semester and is open till 8pm.
I guess personally I would just unfreeze my account and suck it up that I am losing days. But oh well right?
So my question to you all is, I am a beginner and I was wondering if it would be worth it to only work out on those 2 days, and keep in mind they are back to back. or should I just sign up at the gym at my school?
