Put that down, fatty!

I'm very sorry for your loss that's devistating I can imagine.

You've done so very good before, you lost alot of weight and don't be upset that you put it back on, you lost it once before, I know you can do it again, you're doing great so far!

You are your sister are both absolutly beautiful!

Keep up the good work!

Thanks lovely :)

Things are slowly going back to some sort of normality. One of my friends is being a bit of an ass-hat (complaining to me and conor about how "poorly" he feels.) He has a cold. Just find it very odd to be complaining to Conor when his brothers just died. He's rather self-centered.

Conor's more worried about his mum who has mental health issues of her own and is unstable. She was the one to find him so I imagine she'll be traumatised pretty badly. Sigh. It's not been a good week.

Back to healthy eating today, I guess. My Nan sent a cheque so I can afford to get some stuff to make a casserole I think.

Conor's back to work tomorrow so just been cleaning the house this morning. Did a long walk down to Southsea and then around the kite festival for a few hours and back so got my walking in. Food yesterday was good. Weighing in tomorrow. We shall see how I get on, I suppose! Feels good to have a healthy routine again though. Need to make sure I don't drink today as me and Conor have been drinking wine/beer every night since the bad news. Bad habit!

Breakfast: scrambled egg (100) toast (130)

Lunch: 5 crackers (220) brie (150)

What's got 2 thumbs and just did the 30 Day Shred work-out? :willy_nilly: Meeeeeeeeeeee *thumbs up*

Fucking hell though, I nearly collapsed. Can't do star-jumps with out my over-enthusiastic breasts trying to escape their doublely strapped in sports bra. Glad I'm home-alone as am feeling rather sore in the breastal region (and all my other regions.) Jillian Michaels is rather delicious though. Makes up for horrible pain and suffering inflicted on me.

Hi sweety! Thanks for posting on my diary! Love the support! Was just reading yours, I´m so sorry for your loss, I know these situations don’t make easy to focus on eating clean, but you will be fine, just keep doing your best!

I´ve been eating clean for a while so I´m available to help with anything you want! Big kiss!!

AHuge hugs to you - hope things are getting slowly better and Conor is coping with pressures from his mum :(. What awful thing for a family to have to go through. It does put everything else in perspective.

Hey Hana. I haven't been around for ages and thought I'd catch up on your diary... What a time you've been going through! I'm so sorry for what you and Conor are experiencing . So much pain and stress...

Well done on trying to keep on top of your food and even exercise.

So you rocked the Shred? I LOVE that workout..It's the one I started out with back in 2010. Jillian's other dvds are all just as awesome. I'm really into her 'Trouble Zones' right now.( I have SUCH a girlie-crush on that woman!)

Take care, dearie!

Hullo my gorgeous girlies (and guys!)

Thanks for all the support and kind words my lovelies, been a much better few days for the most part. Just superrrrr tired. Been doing the 30 Day Shred the last 2 days so that's good. Just had huge bowl of pasta though! Starvinggggg. So that's not so good :p Out for dinner tomorrow so must avoid carbs! I've been a carb piggy!

Anddd I'm back to 15stone 7. It's been such a shit two weeks. I had to rush Conor to hospital yesterday morning at 6am. We were at the hospital, Conor hooked up to a drip and on morphine for 7 hours and then we found out he has kidney stones. Luckily not life threatening but still, he's in a lot of pain and it's my first day back at work after the Summer holidays tomorrow. Not amused.

In more positive news, I tried fish for the first time in 10 years today! I had prawn, king prawn, hake (or rake, I'm not sure :/), tuna and salmon. My friend bullied me into trying sushi even though I swore off fish when I was 12. So hopefully I'll start cooking fish and such now :)

Also, I'm going to my first slimming world meeting on Wednesday. Now to research it and get motivated! Slow cooked casserole in the cooker, fridge full of veg! Lets do this!

AOwwww...kidney stones....those are not fun! I had one once, and I honestly think I would of rather went through natural childbirth again. lol! Hopefully he feels better soon!

Congrats on trying fish again! Chef is still trying to convert me to being a seafood lover.... so far he hasn't been successful. Maybe one day...lol.

Oh no, you've had a really rough couple of weeks by the sounds of it!!! I hope you are both ok, seems to be one thing after another!!!

OMG... seafood... If I had to pick one food to eat for the rest of my life that would be it. I eat all sea creepy crawlies... I don't discriminate! Though fish and calamari are at the top of my list. NOM.

What's slimming world? Is that like weight watchers?

Hey lovelies, I suck at posting!

Right, went to my first Slimming World meeting today (like Weight Watchers but apparently better?). Meeting was awesome. Got weighed in at 15st 8lbs (ohhhh for fucks sake, my scales suck). Group is lovely, lots of friendly competition and stuff.

So basically, I'm following a "diet" as of tomorrow. You have treats called syns and then most of everything else is "free" including pasta, rice, potato. All in moderation.

Food today:

B- nothing

L- Salad with chicken and bacon (320)

Dinner: 1/3 of a leek and bacon tart thing (220) new potatoes (250) garlic bread (200)

S- Cheese string and seeds (200)

AGlad your back at slimming world, you did fabulously when you were with them before :D

If I can overcome my phobia of fish, anyone can. Have you tried salmon? It smells a bit fishy, but honestly doesn't taste it at all. And trout. I think once you get over the fact its fish, most of its fine.

I suck at posting too :)

I can't believe that you own a slow cooker, and use it ALL THE TIME!!! You must be the only person in the universe who actually uses it lol.

Wafting shit hot diet vibes your way x

*stores shit-hot vibes away for tomorrows work-out* :willy_nilly:

So fucking tireddddd, Rooooofffff. Make it go away. I tried salmon and it tasted how I imagine a cold slimy vagina would taste. I did have it raw (or rawish) in Sushi thought so wasn't overly impressed. I'm pumped for Slimming World too. You can eat a butt-ton of noms. Will have to cut down on the drinking (back to a bottle a day habit, god bless my poor, poor liver) and cut out crisps. I'm pretty skint too as have to send Yank to States for his brothers funeral. So having to make do on a tinnnnny budget. Never mind. All shall be well.

I've just pre-made lunch for tomorrow. Calories for today were low and I'm just about to get into bed for an early night. Going swimming with school tomorrow (I'm back at work after 6 weeks off, fucking loving it. The kids are amazing. Love having a routine again, will help with shifting epic fatness.)

Will post more devastatingly funny and insightful things tomorrow when brain is not made of mush and I have defrosted my crumpets and therefore will be in post-orgasmic heightened state of slim-godess -ness.

:piggy: Piggy out x

Also, this thread has 54 pages and that's not counting my other thread that had 30 pages.

I HAVE BEEN FAT FOR SO LONGGGG

AI had a similar moment the other day when I really realized that I've been on here since May of 2009! I was like...O...M...G... that is soooo long! haha!:

Glad to see your back with Slimming World. Sounds great! :)

The salmon comment had me in stitches, tis disgusting stuff... I only like fish that doesnt taste fishy!

Sorry things havent been pants lately, hope they get better soon, will be cheering you on :hurray:

Hello, slim-goddess type weight loss people,

Been quite a few months since I dropped by, but good to see that you're still posting and going strong again.

You ever get take the time to pop back to the earlier posts in your diary to review? I've only been posting here since January but have found it very useful to read back through earlier posts from time to time.
