Put that down, fatty!

Hey lovelies!

In answer to your question Luz--the game is Mass Effect 3. It's fricking amazing. I have no life since I brought it.

Oh Hana, im so sorry to hear about the job... i know everyone slips up here and there, and you are def not a bad person, so i hope this works out good. You never know what could happen, i hope that this turns out the most positive way it can.

Fingers crossed for you hun, keep us updated

hugs xxxxxxxx

AOh god, that must be horrible. Tbh, I would have done the same thing if I was close to the Mum and she suggested it. I am so glad its so few hours every week.

I can't believe that they actually realised. The words "Legal Team" sound scary.... It just doesn't seem like proper fraud to me :(

Good luck x

Onto positive thinggggs!

all I've eaten today is a small bacon and brie sandwich (brown bread). Which is awesome. Although am going out for dinner tonight so will have to have a salad! Had a great day with my Grama, must of done about 6 miles of walking..Have just popped home for a shower and a rest before dinner tonight!

Hey darlin's :)

Good news--Work called and said that nothing further is happening and my suspension has been lifted :) so that's fantastic. Apparently my good record saved me! Honesty pays off I guess!

Diet-wise, I was quite bad yesterday. Stress-eating, I guess. Had pasta for lunch and then 2 bottles of wine (sigh) and then a small pizza at 1am when I got home. Not good.

But today I had a very healthy lunch. My friend who is on slimming world cooked for me. We had a salad with grilled baby corn and snap peas, turkey with lemon and herb marinade and baby roasted new potatoes. She said the whole thing was 300 calories for everything! Was delicious and so filling as well!

Making a slow-cooked sausage casserole for dinner so will be eating late so must avoid the snacking! And the wine!!

Lots of love to everyone. xx

AThat brilliant news :) No excuse for stress eating now tho :D

I can't believe that it was only 300 calories for that entire meal at your friends, I might get some turkey.

If in doubt, wear a huge poncho to cover ze flubber! :p

Had such a lovely day yesterday :) Me and Yank played video games and hung out then we went for a little walk, picked up some movies (Flowers of War and Grown Ups). Then at like midnight we decided to go and have a water fight outside the front of the house and had some nookie in the back garden! Was so much fun :D Love doing random stuff like that. :beating:

Needless to say, I have only just woken up at 11:30am. What a lazy cow-bag! I did make a delicious soup yesterday. I slow-cooked it for about 8 hours! It's a spicy celery, potato and onion soup. thought it would be really plain and dull but all the spices and the slow-cooking have made it go lovely! And it's practically no calories as it's all stock cubes and veg and spices! No meat or anything bad in it at all! Not even a bit of butter! So I'll be having that all day today as it's guilt-free. Our neighbors are cooking for us tonight..Think it's a curry but I'm not great with really spicy things so I wont be eating too much :) Going to try not to drink too much as well, I've been drinking too much wine. :cheers2:

Breakfast: none

Lunch: home-made soup (50) chunk of french bread with low-fat butter (180)
Dinner: home-made chicken curry with rice (800)

AA water fight turning into sexytimes sounds faberooni ;)

Dominos ad?! Fooking hell. Those people in charge should be bloody ashamed of themselves.

It was rather lovely ;) Hard to feel sexy when you're a giant fat-ass but I did quite well I think!!

Off to the beach today--Dreading it as I'm on period and all bloated and horrible cramps and feeling hormonal. Also I burn horribly. Am too fair for this weather. Will be nice to see friends though. I was invited out for lunch but said no and had my healthy soup instead with a slice of bread. Much better.

1 bowl veg soup, 1 slice of brown bread with butter (200)

1 scotch egg (tiny) (20)

melon and grapes (small box) (90)

2 crumpets (200)

kiev and rice (300) (300)

AI think it is possible to get to that hot, steamy, consumated by passion state when your overweight. Its just harder when you are worrying about whether your tummy looks big :) I can't remember the last time I had passionate sex. Or sex at all for that matter. Siggggggghhhhhhh. Actually, probably about three months ago when we did it in a car park after a night out. A guy walked past as well! He said "Have you two just met" lol, and Nick told him that we'd been together for ten years lol. We were doing it like we were in bed, on the floor. And making noise. Lots of noise :D Getting pissed does help get rid of inhabitions. Probably a bit too much in my case :)

Put on sun cream you silly cow!

Hope the rest of your day had food as good as the start.

The booze certainly helps! I guess it becomes less and less regular the longer you've been together as well--I'm too busy for nookie! All I want to do is sleep by the time we get to bed! That's why we are trying to be more spontaneous! ;) Working so far!

My food yesterday was very good. Hoping today will be the same. Where I have my friend down for a few days it's hard to be healthy as everyone is drinking most of the day and then ordering pizza. I've avoided the take-out so far (mainly due to lack of money!). Going to go to the shop now and buy something healthy but delicious for dinner so I can avoid the pizza :nopity:

1/2 cup of macaroni with a cheese sauce (leftovers)

apple

meatball casserole (slow-cooked)
