Sorry guys, life got busy again.


I have good news.


Guess who joined a new gym this morning? Guess who burnt 700 calories during the 1 hour I was there? Ohhhhhh yeahhhhh.


I'm back on the wagon, babies! The new gym is literally outside the front of my house so no excuses. AND, the Yank has joined too! So we can go together! :D


Scales are broken but I think I might leave the weighing in for a while and hold out on buying some more. Just going to focus on the gym and healthy eating and no obsess over numbers for a while!!


So yeah, worked out for an hour. Came home and had one slice of toast with WW spag (200 cals!) and now I'm going to have a nap before my night shift later.

I'm feeling motivated!!

Just got back from an hour at the gym! I'm really out of shape so did an hour of incline walking on the treadmill. Got to build up my fitness! Burnt 400ish calories.

thats brill news girly, well done on going hardcore at the gym!! I think your right about not obsessing over a number for awhile. Im trying to do the same:)

Ate very well yesterday. Stuck to under 1200 calories but blew it on a bottle of wine in the evening. Still good though! Didn't go to the gym today (shorter opening hours) but Yank texted me asking if we can go at 8am tomorrow before work so that will make my third time this week :D


Gone a bit mad on carbs today! Still got dinner to have later so will try and keep under cals!!


Food today:


Breakfast: 10 crackers (350) butter (112)

Lunch: chicken and courgette soup (128)

Dinner:
Snacks: 2 slices of bread (200)

Tuesdayyy today! Finished monday on 1100 calories and did a 45 min gym visit! That's 3 out of 4 days I've gone :D Wooooo! Can't go today as I'm working literally all day then me and Conor are going to Pizza Express together. I shall have what I want as I'm taking a very healthy lunch to work and will also do an hour to an hour and a half of fast walking pushing a buggy with my kid at work. We walk around Petersfield lake which is massive and beautiful and we both love it :D Will stop to feed the ducks and have lunch as well!


Feeling SO positive. All the scales in my house have gone--Am VERY excited to weigh in when we get some more but holding out for now. Know I've lost already though, jeans are fitting better! xxx

Failed my fucking theory test for the second time today. BY ONE POINT. Seriously hating this. Will try not to comfort eat too much! :p Haven't made it to the gym today as I had my theory test and then my night shift tonight so can't do too much or I wont get time for a nap before my shift. Tomorrow I'm also going out for stupid dinner. Only to Nandos though, so I'll have a plain chicken wrap and a diet coke. Not bad for me at all!


Last night was good--Went for Mexican instead of pizza and had a lovely time. went to see Shark Night 3D afterwards which scared the shit out of me. I have a horrible fear of anything that lives in the water. Wasn't a good idea.


Anyway, food for today was ravioli on toast (500) and then dinner later :)
 
Right, had a very busy few days! I'm house-sitting at the moment for my manager and she has a new kitten and he is driving me MADDD. I'm working nights so sleeping during the day with a playful kitten sitting on my head every two seconds is slightly hindering the sleep! Food has been mixed but I made it to the gym 4 times last week and also did a 2 hour walk so I've done plenty of exercise. I've not been able to go this weekend because I've been so busy but will get back there tomorrow or tuesday :D


Also, I've lost 6lbs. I know I said I wouldn't weigh myself but I did anyway ;) A big step in the right direction!

Ate tomato soup/pasta for food yesterday and half a pack of crisps and some mnm's for my night shift. Not great but I wont eat again now until dinner tonight (sleeeeeep time!) so calories will still be well under :D

And the mexican food gave me a great idea to take my wife out for dinner at a place we havent gone to in ages. Best con queso dip on the planet.

Andddd I'm back. Again. With my head hung in shame!


15 stone 7lbs. 217lbs. Not good. Not good at all. I'm now off work for 6 weeks (Summer holidays) and I'm going to push for some big losses so I can go back to work at least 10lbs lighter.


I just ate a whole (8 slice) Pizza Hut pizza, a side of Mac and Cheese and a litre of coke and I feel VILE. So let's do this! Ready to rock and roll this time.


Am going camping for 2 days tomorrow so there will be little food and lots of walking :) Will post when I get back! I have to do this (again!!)

Remember doing that... eating a whole pizza, a couple of icecreams and a packet of lollies. Guess I should be happy I live in the middle of nowhere and we have no pizza! OR fish n chips.Pretty much the only 2 kinds of takeaway I eat, haha!!!

Today I'm off camping and the weather is looking beauuutiful. The walk to the campsite alone is 3 miles so that will be a good walk and then it's a 1 mile walk to nearest village where we are going tonight so that'll be 5 miles at LEAST today. Which is super. Food today will be a beautiful home-made chicken noodle soup a friend brought over for me last night. It's 11:30 here but I slept late so will miss breakfast and have lunch before I leave in a few hours. Dinner will be hard as I guess it will be BBQ's or burger van and crisps and junk. BUT, I'm hoping that at the tiny grocery store in the village there will be some fresh veg for me to buy. I was thinking celerey, carrot sticks, etc. So I can nom on those whilst everyone else pigs out. :willy_nilly:


So I wont do a food diary for today, just as I wont be able to write for a few days whilst I'm away. I'll write down on my phone what I have and post everything on tuesday when I get back.

Pee.ess: Just had some of the soup for lunch--Was AMAZING. Had egg and chicken stock and spices and was just beautiful. I've never heard of egg in a soup before but it was so fluffy and flavoursome and lovely. Feel really full now--and hardly ANY calories used. I think my friend said the whole batch (enough for 4 bowls) was 300 calories.
