Tonyyyy, I've played a bit of Portal but don't think muuuuch of it to be honest. Have you played it?



Short food entry as it's bed time. Work early tomorrow!


Slept through breakfast and lunch (worked a night). Dinner at 7:30pm was 1.5 cups of pasta, mushrooms and garlic, tomato sauce and 3 sundried tomato meatballs. Deliccccious. Then I had an ice lolly. Came in at under 1000 calories today. Pretty pleased as I feel full and happy going to bed!


Weight today is 14stone 13lbs. Hoping to see something smaller on the scales tomorrow! Am working 7am-6pm tomorrow so will grab something for breakfast and then I work through lunch with no break so will wait until dinner to eat. Got a healthy food shop coming at 8pm tomorrow so will have plenty to cook!
 
Breakfast: half a tin of WW spag (100) 1 slice of toast with butter (150)

Lunch: 2 coffees (80)
Dinner: home made chicken nuggets (292) oil/breadcrumbs (80) jacket potato with butter (300) rice (198)
Snacks: sunbite crisps (118)
Total: 1318



Just finished a shift and am at home for an hour before I get on the train to go do a 6 hour shift outside of Portsmouth. The kid is only a baby so god knows what I'll do for 6 hours. Am hoping the weather will be nice as I usually go for a 1-2 hour walk with him which will burn some cals as well! Not sure what I'll do for the rest of it--Not much you can do with a baby ;/
 
Yeah :) Also a lot of shit cleaning, giving oxygen, connecting and disconnecting gastro feed pumps and feeding bottles. The pros out weigh the negatives on night shifts but it's not all easy work!!! Do get to catch up on my TV in between doing stuff though, which is lovely!!


So today has gone well. Or not, depending how you look at it. I didn't pack a lunch for work so I've gone from 9 this morning to now (7pm) without having anything to eat which isn't good. Just waiting for my food delivery and then I'll cook! I also turned down a take away tonight-Go me!!


My exercise for today was a 2 hour walk around a lake. Am knackered now! Weight this morning was 14stone 12lbs so that's a pound down from yesterday which is promising.

I think old people can just be a bit blunt like that sometimes. I know a couple like that, and my friends nan especially is always going on and on about my friends weight. When my friend tells her that she is being rude, the reply she gets is that she's only saying it because she cares about her. If your nan thought you were that big, she wouldn't have suggested a burger would she? My exes dad is always going on about his other grandkids, and daughter in laws weight, he is awful! But he must weigh over 20 stone himself. It really annoyed me actually. He's going on loads of dating websites at the moment, and he is always saying that he would never go for someone fat, and he's chuffed that he has found a size six woman. I just think LOOK IN THE MIRROR!!! Lol.
 
Urgh, he sounds like a nightmare!! She did really hurt my feelings but I'm so used to it from my grandparents now. And yeah, they always say "We are telling you because we care!!". sigh. One of those things I guess.



Had a very good day yesterday with calories. I'm at 14stone 12lbs this morning, after drinking 3 pints of water this morning. So I bet I could be closer to 14stone 11lbs. Hoping to be there on friday morning. I have a night shift tonight. It's 3:30pm now and I've eaten nothing yet (woke up late after staying up late!!) so I'm going to have either eggs on toast or pesto pasta for dinner and then I have brown rolls and turkey ham, string cheese and sunbite wholegrain crisps to take to work for snacks.


Should be a good day calorie wise!!!!

I've missed you! Sorry I haven't been around for the last couple of months... just too stressed and busy. But I often thought of you and hoped you were progressing.

I see from your diary that you've hit some roadblocks ...but I'm glad to see you're still here and still fighting the good fight!


I hope your "moar sex" plan is working out for you! It sounds like fun! It's so horrible how we can destroy ourselves with negative thinking...I'm completely on-board with the whole 'stop the bad thoughts" concept.

You just think postive and love your gorgeous self, girl! No matter what you weigh, you are amazing!

My casserole is LUSH. I used fresh chicken stock (110 calories) mushrooms, carrots, swede and onion and then salt, basil and cumin and then cooked some pasta. Measured out one cup of cooked pasta and had a big spoon of casserole. So healthy and VERY yummy. Made enough for at least 3 or 4 meals. Worked out that with the pasta, a bowl of casserole comes to about 250 calories so that is AMAZING as I'm so full right now! Deliccccious. Can always have it with less pasta next time as well. Nom nom nom.
 
That sounds really good! What pasta did you use? My pasta is like 300 cals per 3/4 cup! WTF! lol... My sister and I want to try this thing called miracle noodles, apparently they have no calories... LOL. So we're curious if they're any good.
 
It sucks that a comment like that can ruin your whole day... I can remember AGES ago when I was close to my goal weight (I would've been 19ish) I had been lazy for a few weeks and weighed about 66-67kgs and my dad told me I was starting to look like a little pudding! I can't WAIT till I get back to that weight lol!

Omg that dish sounds super yummy. I HEART PASTA. Is the casserole home made or did you buy it?

Risty, the pasta was just standard brown penne. I used a proper measuring cup and everything--Hope my cals are right :/ Will double check.

And yus, it was home-made! NOM NOM!


Not much going on with me right now. I was 14stone 11lbs this morning so 3lbs down from last week now. Another lb down from last time I weighed in a few days ago! It's my birthday on the 7th so I'm heading home and out for meals and stuff so will try to be good!!


In sexyyy news, me and Yank are attending a BDSM munch at a local LGBT pub round the corner from our house. We had no idea they ran there until I over-heard a man talking about a profile he had on a bdsm website and I introduced me and Yank. Turns out this guy runs the munch! He said he'll keep us updated on any parties/munches/events in the area so hopefully me and Yank will be getting more involved in things again. Maybe find a couple/another girl to bring into our room! :p


Night shift tonight so will get round to other diaries then. Not much else to report at the moment!

I made chicken stew tonight... Was super yummy. I'm happy that its getting cold again actually, I'm a bit bored of summer foods now.
